I came as a guest under my mom’s membership and it was AMAZING!!! I left there feeling so tired but in the best way. My body felt a little tired after the sauna and the Cryo chamber but once I slept that night and woke up in the morning I felt SO rejuvenated. Highly recommend this fabulous wellness center! An amazing variety of treatments for rest, relaxation, rejuvenation and healing. I loved everything I tried including the sauna, cryotherapy, red light therapy and compression. I'll definitely be back. Amazing, attentive and helpful staff made for a perfect evening of self care. Love this place. Wonderful staff (become like family!) and life changing services! Walked in, out of curiosity a few months ago, and after Suzyn walked me through everything I HAD to sign up. There's different levels of service that they will match you on dependant on your needs. I never felt pressured or tricked into something I did not want. I’ve called a few different places in the area about IVs and weight loss and never seemed to get the information I needed. Well I just spoke to nurse Lexi in the Avon location and WOW she was the most knowledgeable about each service icryo had to offer.
