Love, love, love ICRYO in Avon ,CT It is a beautiful place with everything you ever need to feel good, including the staff! It is very relaxing and they treat you like royalty ! I will never go to any other Cryotherapy establishment again! This is my home away from home!

I love iCRYO and try to visit at least 2-3 times per week for Cryo, Red light and compression therapy. I’ve been coming here since they opened in March and highly recommend it to all my friends and family. The staff has been exceptional and facilities top notch! Highly recommend Cryotherapy followed by compression therapy especially after a workout. I also signed up for a 5 pack of NAD+ transfusions (500 mg) but haven’t started the 5 day load yet.

I went to this location to try out the services. Franco was a really excellent host and explained everything with patience and knowledge. I enjoyed trying the red light bed, infrared sauna, cryo and compression. Unfortunately I don’t live in the area, but would consider a membership if I did. Nice clean facility and very friendly and helpful staff. Would def recommend.

Overall Clean facility. I recently started using the services here except IV(not ready for that yet). No wait time on my scheduled appointments yet. The staff is friendly and helped me get familiar with all the services and procedures. I never felt rushed or embarrassed as these services were all new to me. There has been improvement of my recovery times and workout session performance and results already. I see myself being a member for some time.

Highly recommended iCRYO Avon. Professional, immaculate & all of your health benefits under one roof. Staff are exceptional especially the manager who is very accommodating and has great customer service skills.
