I came as a guest under my mom’s membership and it was AMAZING!!! I left there feeling so tired but in the best way. My body felt a little tired after the sauna and the Cryo chamber but once I slept that night and woke up in the morning I felt SO rejuvenated. iCRYO was a great experience, loved the cryo therapy but my favorite was the red light therapy. Will definitely come back, staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that they explain what each thing does and the variety of red light benefits is amazing
I cryo- is extremely clean and neat. The staff are friendly and personable and professional and the freezing chamber is perfect. I love the walk-in freezer. It’s so much better than the cylindrical ones. I get such energy after every single session. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Love, love, love ICRYO in Avon ,CT It is a beautiful place with everything you ever need to feel good, including the staff! It is very relaxing and they treat you like royalty ! I will never go to any other Cryotherapy establishment again! This is my home away from home!
I’ve called a few different places in the area about IVs and weight loss and never seemed to get the information I needed. Well I just spoke to nurse Lexi in the Avon location and WOW she was the most knowledgeable about each service icryo had to offer. I felt like she really cared about helping me rather than just selling me a service. I have some money saving to do but I’ll definitely be back and I can’t wait to start medical services with her!!!
