Highly recommend this fabulous wellness center! An amazing variety of treatments for rest, relaxation, rejuvenation and healing. I loved everything I tried including the sauna, cryotherapy, red light therapy and compression. I'll definitely be back. Amazing, attentive and helpful staff made for a perfect evening of self care. Icryo in Avon is amazing. The staff is A+++ the services they offer have improved my health 150%. I recommend anyone looking for a change for physical or mental health to try Icryo one time -you will be hooked. I started December 9 and now 4 months later I go 4-6 times a week and 30 pounds lighter. Game changer. U won’t regret it 💜

The staff at ICryo Avon are the best! Always friendly and helpful. The facilities are high quality and spotless. I always look forward to my scheduled sessions and particularly enjoy the red light therapy and sauna.

Love, love, love ICRYO in Avon ,CT It is a beautiful place with everything you ever need to feel good, including the staff! It is very relaxing and they treat you like royalty ! I will never go to any other Cryotherapy establishment again! This is my home away from home!

Lauren was very sweet and knowledgeable helping my fiancé and I get the most out of our day pass. Nino was also very friendly and knowledgeable as well! The staff fit us in for day pass services without giving them much notice so that was very nice of them. Felt amazing after our time there. We will be back to sign up for memberships as soon as it stops snowing!!!!
