I came as a guest under my mom’s membership and it was AMAZING!!! I left there feeling so tired but in the best way. My body felt a little tired after the sauna and the Cryo chamber but once I slept that night and woke up in the morning I felt SO rejuvenated. I’ve never felt better and i’m considering getting a membership of my own!! All of the employees at this location are honestly the best. Highly recommend this fabulous wellness center! An amazing variety of treatments for rest, relaxation, rejuvenation and healing. I loved everything I tried including the sauna, cryotherapy, red light therapy and compression. I'll definitely be back. Amazing, attentive and helpful staff made for a perfect evening of self care. Love, love, love ICRYO in Avon ,CT It is a beautiful place with everything you ever need to feel good, including the staff! It is very relaxing and they treat you like royalty ! I will never go to any other Cryotherapy establishment again! This is my home away from home!

iCRYO was a great experience, loved the cryo therapy but my favorite was the red light therapy. Will definitely come back, staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that they explain what each thing does and the variety of red light benefits is amazing
