I came as a guest under my mom’s membership and it was AMAZING!!! I left there feeling so tired but in the best way. My body felt a little tired after the sauna and the Cryo chamber but once I slept that night and woke up in the morning I felt SO rejuvenated. Love, love, love ICRYO in Avon ,CT It is a beautiful place with everything you ever need to feel good, including the staff! It is very relaxing and they treat you like royalty ! I will never go to any other Cryotherapy establishment again! This is my home away from home!
iCRYO was a great experience, loved the cryo therapy but my favorite was the red light therapy. Will definitely come back, staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that they explain what each thing does and the variety of red light benefits is amazing
I cryo- is extremely clean and neat. The staff are friendly and personable and professional and the freezing chamber is perfect. I love the walk-in freezer. It’s so much better than the cylindrical ones. I get such energy after every single session. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Highly recommend this fabulous wellness center! An amazing variety of treatments for rest, relaxation, rejuvenation and healing. I loved everything I tried including the sauna, cryotherapy, red light therapy and compression. I'll definitely be back. Amazing, attentive and helpful staff made for a perfect evening of self care.
