I have been a Pearland iCryo costumer for two years. I met with Kara this morning for my bio-scan, which gives you information on your weight, hydration, body mass and a ton of other important factors concerning your health. She was attentive and friendly. Her overall customer service made my experience very enjoyable at iCryo. The business is always clean and comfortable. I recommend iCryo as a Christmas 🎄 gift or as a weekend treat! Happy Holidays 😊
Give Sergio a raise! He was great from the time I called to change my appointment from 4pm to 1:30 pm yesterday. Somehow I got mixed up with their West University location which my mom and sister had been to because it's in the same building as my sisters salon. Anyway, I got there early, about an hour before my appointment and they still accommodated me. I was a first-time visitor to this establishment, and I can honestly say it did not disappoint in any way. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The service was truly outstanding, far exceeding what I expected. Kara, the nurse, deserves special recognition. She goes above and beyond by personally greeting every patient, making you feel not just like a number but like someone she genuinely cares about. I love this place! I've wanted to be a member for the longest time, practically since their grand opening years ago. Finally I was able to follow through. The staff and manager Sergio are great! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable..all the above. I'm now in a position to invest in myself and looking forward to being able to use these services consistently. Go join! (:
4.5 stars Pros: -The space looks really clean and areas were labeled once disinfected. -The compression treatment gave me significant relief of some lower back and hip pain but it probably needs to be repeated regularly for lasting effects. -The CBD IV had me sleep a lot deeper that night. -The staff was really friendly and professional. -This location is in a busy area with other complementary wellness businesses like massage, gyms, martial arts, health food, stretching and yoga.
