Absolutely love this place! They made me feel very comfortable and provided great service. It was easy to make an appointment and convenient. The nurse was very professional and pleasant to work with, which is a huge plus!! I will definitely be adding this innovative spa to my health/biohacking routine.
Give Sergio a raise! He was great from the time I called to change my appointment from 4pm to 1:30 pm yesterday. Somehow I got mixed up with their West University location which my mom and sister had been to because it's in the same building as my sisters salon. Anyway, I got there early, about an hour before my appointment and they still accommodated me. I had a great experience at iCRYO Pearland. Sergio and Kara provided excellent customer service — very welcoming, professional, and attentive. The red light therapy and cryotherapy services are especially great after workouts. Highly recommend!
I have been a Pearland iCryo costumer for two years. I met with Kara this morning for my bio-scan, which gives you information on your weight, hydration, body mass and a ton of other important factors concerning your health. She was attentive and friendly. Her overall customer service made my experience very enjoyable at iCryo. The business is always clean and comfortable. Sergio and Kara took great care of my wife and I and answered all our questions with patience and competence! We were 1st timers to all the different therapies provided by iCRYO. We were expecting cryo only, but they have many different therapies to choose from! We did 3 the 1st day and have an appointment next week to try more of them before deciding on a regimen we like.
