The entire experience was Amazing! From booking to showing up and being provided everything I needed for relaxation/recovery. The staff was very helpful, explaining why and what to expect. Very accommodating helping find the football game while going thru compression treatment. Overall the experience is a must try. Only warning you will definitely want to come back again! Thanks for the experience we will be back!
Gabby from icryo team was superb! She explained the entire process & all the benefits fully to me & answered all my questions. I really enjoyed my introduction session with her and signed up immediately. Already feeling the benefits & looking forward to my new lifestyle! Edit 12/2: I went in today for a SECA scan and was helped by Denise. She was very thorough in explaining everything & had some helpful pointers for my health & wellness journey.
We had a great experience. Three family members all did the 3.5 minute cryotherapy. In our bunch was an athlete, and two adults aging like fine wine :) One at intermediate, and two about that temperature levels. Great experience and still feeling the anti-inflammatory affects. Definitely going back and probably getting at least one membership as it's definitely worth it!
This place is addicting!!! I have come a few times since they opened this location. I feel like family EVERY time. If you haven't tried Cryo(my favorite), red light therapy or compression therapy and you have achy joints, this is a must try. The prices are great and I always feel like this 54 year old body can jump over the moon when I leave. I'm gonna be a iCryo queen😁!
I typically go here for the cryotherapy. This place never disappoints. So the last time i went in i also tried the compression therapy. The staff was really helpful in explaining the benefits of both and checking back in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the service. Definitely worth the drive to me
