Give Sergio a raise! He was great from the time I called to change my appointment from 4pm to 1:30 pm yesterday. Somehow I got mixed up with their West University location which my mom and sister had been to because it's in the same building as my sisters salon. Anyway, I got there early, about an hour before my appointment and they still accommodated me. I was a first-time visitor to this establishment, and I can honestly say it did not disappoint in any way. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The service was truly outstanding, far exceeding what I expected. Kara, the nurse, deserves special recognition. She goes above and beyond by personally greeting every patient, making you feel not just like a number but like someone she genuinely cares about. 4.5 stars Pros: -The space looks really clean and areas were labeled once disinfected. -The compression treatment gave me significant relief of some lower back and hip pain but it probably needs to be repeated regularly for lasting effects. -The CBD IV had me sleep a lot deeper that night. -The staff was really friendly and professional. -This location is in a busy area with other complementary wellness businesses like massage, gyms, martial arts, health food, stretching and yoga. My wife and I really enjoy iCRYO, they have a wide selection of therapy and wellness equipment and their staff is super knowledgeable. My personal favorites are the red light therapy, the cryotherapy and compression therapy. I have seen the health benefits associated with each on these; improved skin tone, reduced joint pain and inflammation and increased mobility. I highly recommend you check them out, your health is priceless!

I went to the Shadow Creek Ranch branch. Sergio and a real nice young lady helped us out. What a great experience. My daughter has been doing the red ought therapy along with the CRYO machine. The combination has really helped in decreasing her anxiety tremendously. We have a package for her now but are looking into the family package so the entire family can utilize these services.
