Very professional stretch trainers. I have severe back pain and their stretching sessions helped me a lot to recover from the pain. Efrain and Gabrial are great stretching trainers. Jillian is great with appointments scheduling and billing issues. I took several sessions and still going. I highly recommended them.
This place is great. I signed up for 2 months in early 2024 and had about 6 stretch sessions mostly with Derrick. No complaints at all from me. The experience was good for me. I wish I could keep on visiting but everything costs too much now days.
Went to iFlex for first time to try a 25 min introductory stretching session. Brad D done an awesome job explaining and do the assisted stretching exercises. The whole staff was pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I got more out of this session than I have from chiropractors and massage therapy sessions. Nov 2023 - Brad and Jillian were awesome. I am definitely coming back. Apr 2024 - Been coming for several months now. Efrain works wonders on my foot & neck and gives suggestions for improved flexibility
This place is great. I can not rave enough about their stretching services amazing by far. Staff is courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Gabriel he is the best, very knowledgeable and so kind, I noticed a difference with my first stretch and I always come back to him.
