I’m obsesseddd with Ina Chicago — like, truly down bad for this place 😩💖 I’ve been for 2 body contouring sessions and a few of their fitness classes/events, and everything has been such a vibe. All the instructors are very sweet! The energy is always welcoming and empowering, and I love that they have a sauna in the bathroom you can use after your service — such a nice bonus! I was recently gifted a Groupon for a Hydrafacial at Ina, i have been nervous to try a medical spa due to the high cost of facials however after experiencing the facial itself i can fully say it’s worth it! My provider was Melissa and she was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of all my questions around the process. Will not be returning. I bought a Groupon for $130 for a hydrafacial that was supposed to last 45 minutes. The facial lasted only 25 minutes ! It felt rushed and the esthetician, her name is Ondreya, did not bother to explain any of the steps. She was not welcoming and I felt like she was skipping some steps and just didn’t really give a shit about the service. Amazing studio for hot yoga and other practices. They are also a beauty salon for facial and body treatment. No matter why you are there, make sure to save some time to enjoy a sauna and a really good bathroom afterward - it's extremely great!
Ina has all that you may need and such a great atmosphere! I have seen Alena for a facial as well as a makeup tutorial and absolutely loved both! On top of being a professional makeup artist, she is an esthetician with both going hand in hand and you can tell from her techniques. She is extremely thorough and takes her time explaining all that you may need. She has kept my skin glowing and makeup flawless!
