Laurel is great! I have tried another person because of better day/time, but I continue to keep coming back to Laurel. Had a relaxing and fantastic pedicure!
This is the second time I've seen the same person and had a questionable experience. Nina did a good job on my nails...she is always smiling.
My nail professional was outstanding! She was so sweet and my nails are literally perfect. Best manicure I have ever had.
Thao is a gracious service professional - the time spent with her was very relaxing and I enjoyed my conversation with her.
Kim is the best. I really want to choose her again when I go back at Inspa University Village. Hope she could do new style on me.
I had a great facial. I wish the aesthecian would have asked if I really needed to be informed about all levels of skin care. I know quite a bit about the skin and what tones do etc. I really wanted to relax, get a piece of advice or two and just be pampered.
But never used your service for myself. I used my GC and I'm glad I used it for a massage instead of a mani/pedi. Love to be here...Will come back!!!
Very professional and enjoyable. Thanks to the staff who shared stories and tips with me while I was waiting for my turn. I didn't get bored at all.
