I went in for highlights and a root touch-up and had such a positive experience. My student stylist, Alexa, was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve and made sure I felt involved throughout the process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had the BEST experience at the Aveda Institute in Bensalem thanks to Haley Groves. From the moment I sat in her chair, she was incredibly personable, warm, and attentive. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure she fully understood the style I was going for before even picking up the scissors. I have been going here for cut and color for years. There have been a few mishaps (color darker than planned) but until this week no real disasters. This week I went in for a haircut (shorten a longish pixie) and touch up (blonde, no lift needed). The touch up was fine but the toner was way too violet so I had purple hair, they tried to fix it but I ended up hours later with horrible red hair. The space was so relaxing! Kylie was professional and attentive, and my skin felt incredibly refreshed and glowing afterward. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
