I have been going here for cut and color for years. There have been a few mishaps (color darker than planned) but until this week no real disasters. This week I went in for a haircut (shorten a longish pixie) and touch up (blonde, no lift needed). The touch up was fine but the toner was way too violet so I had purple hair, they tried to fix it but I ended up hours later with horrible red hair. I feel bad writing this because the girl I had was really nice but my hair started out as waist length. I asked for four inches off and somehow it’s now shoulder length and I have a very long torso… I’m not picky at all but she took my glasses off so I couldn’t see what she was doing. When I said 4 inches, she showed me what she thought 4 inches looked like, and she definitely overestimated. Kira was my student stylist and was great! She was very friendly and confident and did a great job on my hair. I was her 1st perm/body wave. It came out great! The teachers were also very good and were great with all the students.
I highly recommend this salon and especially Kira. She is very talented at her craft. She has cut my hair a few times now and each time it looks better than the last time. I am so grateful to her.
My daughters, both got a cut and style today at the Neshaminy Jean Madeline! I cannot say enough positive things about her experience. The stylists, Claire and Emily, were wonderful with them. They spoke directly to them, and then confirmed everything with me. Their cuts are absolutely beautiful! Five stars for sure! We will be back!!!
