Brendan was fantastic! He had lovely energy, great bedside manner, and above all a soft and caring touch that kept me relaxed throughout the entire process. My time in his hands truly felt like self care at its finest. He was knowledgeable, soothing, and his guidance during the facial was reassuring. I always knew what was coming next, and he consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I can’t wait to book my next treatment!
A bit perplexed at the decline over the course of four appointments. The first & second times I went in, I was happily surprised that - in spite of being one of the only men in the room - that the students were able to switch from the normal styling they'd been doing to a more traditional shave / fade. I had a truly awful experience at Jean Madeline during a balayage appointment. I originally booked with a student through Instagram, but she was a no-show—completely unprofessional. The staff offered to reassign me to another student, assuring me she was quick and skilled.
