Kameryn did my hair and did such an amazing job. She was attentive and thorough and made sure my hair was the way I wanted. On the other hand, her instructor, I think her name is Miss Barbie, came around and was rude and so rough when handling my hair. She was more worried about wasting product (that I was willing to pay extra for) than what I wanted. I would come here again for students like kameryn but really disappointed in how the instructors treat clients
It took FOUR hours for a haircut and dry lol and I didn't get what I wanted, haircut was subpar but the "supervisors " also didn't do anything to help, fix, or even supervise. First, student didn't wash my hair properly, I would point to places in my scalp that were dry and she would try to wash but for some reason couldn't figure it out. Went to Jean Madeline University City on Saturday August 9th for a haircut. The student did not speak English and there was not Teacher to assist her or instructor on how to cut my hair. Student was not familiar with blow drying hair as I had to show her how it was done. This site isn’t worth the cost of haircut… they should have paid me. Cl
I am not someone who usually complains and I believe you get what you pay for, but the level of incompetence here is actually unbelievable. I came in just to fix my roots after a self-bleach left a slightly brassy tone. My blonde highlights were already in good shape and barely needed any work. Instead, they insisted on doing highlights and completely ruined them. I left with random, uneven patches in every shade imaginable. I highly recommend Jean Madeline Aveda Institute for hair color. Meghan was detailed oriented and thorough during the entire process. I was out of there in less time than I expected.
