Had an amazing experience with Samantha today. My daughter wanted me to get grinch nails. Samantha had never did the grinch. I am beyond please with her design. Definitely go see her for any designs.
I don’t normally complain but I use to come here and I stopped because of bad experience previous times. Thought I would give it another try since it’s been a couple years and again I’m regretting going because for 80+ dollars for a full set and none of my nails look the same. They’re bumpy, so thin, and crooked. I asked for almond shape short nails, very simple and they look awful. Never going back there again. I went here for a balance. It was my first time coming here. I had an excellent experience. Megan was my tech and she was so sweet and did an awesome job on my nails
My first visit was on 6/22/23, I received a flex-gel set. By the end of the day on 6/30/23, 2 of the nails had popped off and 3 others had began to lift off of my nail beds. I just wanted the nails fixed because it looked horrible and I was embarrassed with them. I was originally told that they should last 3-4 weeks. I haven’t had my nails done in years (used to go the very first one that opened in Maumee) and decided to go back to JKNS this past late summer early fall but at the Sylvania salon. Ive been going every two weeks spending $80-$100 every time. This last time I went 2 weeks ago is the last time I’ll ever step foot in there. My nail tech left green dots from previous polish in the gel and painted over them!!-for context-4 weeks ago I had black and green on my nails for Halloween.
