I’ve had many remedial massage sessions before, and this was certainly one of the best! Dana (my massage therapist) was very professional and was able to address all the concerns I had. The atmosphere of the spa was lovely, and I was pleased with the different kind of massage and facial options they had.

Nurse Nina is incredible, I had the most amazing experience at Kailo medi spa. I have seen multiple nurses in Brisbane but Nina is the only nurse I will be seeing from now on, her attention to detail and care for my concerns blew me away. I am so happy with my experience with Nina

My husband and I have been having regular IV infusions at Kailo with the registered nurse Nina. Our experience has been fantastic- she made sure that we are comfortable well informed and supported thought the process. Highly recommend! We have seen amazing results from the infusions too!

I saw Annette for a DMK facial and was treated so well. She was so lovely and really wanted to understand my skin and educated me along the way on what she was doing and how my skin would feel. I left already thinking of when I can book in next. Kailo is definitely somewhere I’d recommend going if you want to treat yourself to some pampering

The most thoughtful and perfectly curated experience. The team are extremely engaged in ensuring you understand the benefits of the treatment and support you to regulate your nervous system through practicing breathing, technique during treatment and even down to the application and removal of the product taking care to ensure the process is gentle and relaxing. An outstanding service with no time pressure just a complete unwind! Thank you team Kailo for the relaxation and rejuvenation this tired mum needed!
