Today I had a $500 spa treatment done & unfortunately was really disappointed. I didn’t have the heart to complain to the therapist but came on Google reviews to see if anyone else has experienced the same thing and I have read a few! The place is absolutely beautiful and the facial therapist who ended up taking me in was lovely. However, the experience was far from relaxing. They tried to cancel my appointment three minutes before it started just as I was about to walk in. I’d explained I travelled from the Gold Coast to Brisbane and organised childcare and couldn’t move it. I had the Look Well for Skin Health treatment at Kailo and absolutely loved it! Isa was amazing — so calming and professional. The full body scrub, scalp massage, and facial were all incredibly relaxing, and I walked out feeling refreshed and glowing. I did notice afterward that the 24k gold eye patches and Kailo Nutrition drink weren’t included, but the experience was still fantastic so I’ll definitely be back. Beautiful space, great service!
