I was desperate as had some stiffness in neck and shoulder from overexertion at the gym the night before. Wonderful that you can book online - had a blissful 30 min remedial massage, asked the lovely therapist to concentrate on neck and right shoulder. They have HICAPS for remedial massage. Amazing massage provided by Nana. I loved how attentive she was, always checking in during the massage to make sure I felt okay.
