Nurse Nicolle, Tiffany, and front of office staff have made me feel welcomed, inquired about my interests/job, and treated me like much more than a customer from the very beginning. I have seen Nikki for coolscupting twice, and she's the best. Extremely attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable, nice, and friendly. I would not want to go to anyone else. She is working with me because I have severe chronic pain issues, and I could not make it through the 2nd session due to a huge flare-up, and I will be coming back to finish the treatment when my body calms down.
