Nurse Nicolle, Tiffany, and front of office staff have made me feel welcomed, inquired about my interests/job, and treated me like much more than a customer from the very beginning. I have seen Nikki for coolscupting twice, and she's the best. Extremely attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable, nice, and friendly. I would not want to go to anyone else. She is working with me because I have severe chronic pain issues, and I could not make it through the 2nd session due to a huge flare-up, and I will be coming back to finish the treatment when my body calms down. This review is for Nurse Holly. I’ve gone here for laser hair removal, laser nail fungus treatment, and prp hair restoration. I’m comfortable while there, and the procedures are quick I’m in and out within an hour. The pain from the procedures are also low, around a 4/10 on the pain scale at most and I experience little to no soreness the days following. Overall a great experience and I’m seeing results.
Nurse Nicolle has been assisting me in my weight loss journey. She’s a great listener and has been a great source of inspiration for me. Her knowledge and compassion far exceeds my expectations.
Nurse Nicolle and the entire staff made me feel so calm and comfortable. She is so professional and has such a great bedside manner. I will definitely be coming back.
