A truly wonderful experience here. I had Vicky take care of me and she was thoroughly informative of the treatment, explained what I would expect from the treatment, and my expectations in the future. I had no prior knowledge of coolsculpting so Vicky helped me out a lot by being patient and slowly explaining everything for me! Definitely recommend this place!
Delilah is amazing! She’s very sweet and patient and did a great job to give me a natural appearing enhancement. Dr Korman is very hard to get in touch with I tried to get a consult on a shoulder scar. I emailed a photo per the receptionist instruction and he just said no thanks never got to meet him or have him look at it . So I ended up having plastic surgery do it at sutter PAMF and it’s great now. So maybe it wasn’t worth his time? Unclear. The aesthetic nurses are great though!
I have been a client of Korman San Jose office for several years. I originally came in to have laser tattoo removal and have had multiple other procedures since. I am consistently impressed with the entire office’s professionalism, as in setting realistic expectations, letting me know what was reasonable for a best-case result.
