My friend gifted me a Groupon here for the 90 minute reflexology and body massage. Overall, great massage and all staff I encountered were relatively friendly. Kume Spa was very clean and I really enjoyed my massage. I would definitely come back again, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because they charge a $5.00 fee for using Groupon. Highly recommend Jeremy - he is an extremely skillful masseuse and focused exactly on the areas I need requested. I get massages fairly often and it was one of the best I’ve ever had, with consistent deep pressure while also being very relaxing. Will definitely be back to see him!

I had an extremely bad experience. the staff double booked on a time slot that I had booked first, I had to wait 30 minutes because of their mistake. We came in for a couples massage, my partner and I reserved two different massages, due to inadequate communication between the front desk and the masseuse, they mixed up our massages and realized their mistake over half way through the massage after I told them. I wanted to like this place but unfortunately I do not recommend. We were able to choose the area of concern on our body. I circled my lower back, for some reason she focused on my shoulders I never asked for that. I asked for medium pressure she applied very hard pressure during my massage. I am still in pain due to the massage being so rough. The lady was not friendly. At the end of my service the front desk person had an attitude that we only left $5 tip. After I left early from work, I decided to get a massage that my back really hurts from working overtime. I worked at the post office as a PSE Mail Processing Clerk. When I got here, I paid for 30 mins full body massage and cupping. The male therapist did massage my back so good and he did a cupping on my back. It hurts, but I endured it. After that, my back felt so much better like I can able to bend and crouch. I felt so great. Next time, I will do my legs and feet massage.
