My friend gifted me a Groupon here for the 90 minute reflexology and body massage. Overall, great massage and all staff I encountered were relatively friendly. Kume Spa was very clean and I really enjoyed my massage. I would definitely come back again, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because they charge a $5.00 fee for using Groupon. This is no spa. At time I questioned whether the masseuse had ever given a massage before.

Disappointing experience! First off, I was late, which was my fault ( I went to the wrong location), so maybe that impacted the quality of service. But, I went with a friend through Groupon for foot reflexology. And nothing about the massage felt like reflexology. She didn't hit any points at all. It was just my calves mostly being rubbed up and down for an hour. Also, she massaged one of my feet but not the other foot. Making the appt same day was convenient. The room was not warmed up enough and I later informed the front desk of this and suggested a heated bed or blanket would have been great. The PROBLEM I had was -after reporting my injuries to the front desk and indicating the problem areas on the form on the clipboard- the massage therapist continued to apply WAY too much pressure directly on my injured area.
