Our therapists use hand sanitizer before and after each service. We are paying special attention to customers high contact points such as door handles, waivers, and other hard surfaces. Disappointing Decline in Quality I’ve visited this spa several times, but the quality has consistently declined, and my most recent visit confirmed that it’s no longer worth returning to. I have been here a total of 3 times. The 1st time was great. Over a decade ago, I was pregnant and they had a table with the belly hole and great massage for my sore body. The 2nd time I was lured in with an email promoting the Korean scrub and infrared sauna. Worst experience ever! The scrubs was not even close to authentic, the infrared sauna was cold and massage mediocre. My wife and I had a Groupon for a Korean Body Scrub with Infared Sauna. What an experience we had. No complaints at all. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the new year for another one.
My masseuse name is Charlie and he's my guy! I had a very relaxing foot scrub! I don't usually like anyone touching my feet but the exfoliating stuff was just enough of a distraction that I didn't mind it this time. First Korean body scrub. Tammy made me feel very comfortable, and did a great job. Brought my own shower cap to protect my hair from getting wet, but KUME has complimentary shower caps. Highly recommend adding coconut enhancement, my skin felt amazing. Overall I am pleased with scrub, My skin felt glowingly soft, and very hydrated.
