Our therapists use hand sanitizer before and after each service. We are paying special attention to customers high contact points such as door handles, waivers, and other hard surfaces. This spa was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint. I booked an appointment online, which does require a card, but you pay in person. You can choose your preference of who handles you, which is great for women who only want women staff. The ladies who work in the front are friendly, and will ask you to confirm services and preferences. Each treatment room is private with a relaxing ambiance. Wonderful first experience! I just moved to the neighborhood and headed to the spa on a whim. Carmen was amazing! I did a little combo and they kindly reached out on my preferred order of ops for scheduling. The foot massage started with a soak and took place in luxurious reclined chairs in a communal room. We moved to a private room for the full body massage, I appreciated they had a thorough intake form which Carmen referenced my areas of concern, included do not touch areas. Staff is friendly. Their therapists have a variety of skills and levels of strength so it’s great to know who to ask for depending on your particular need. Their prices are reasonable and get even better when you have a membership. Most importantly, they have a lot of availability and can get you in on very short notice
Unpretentious massage place, great value and a really kind and professional team. Thank you to Tina for a great and intense massage! I was able to make a last minute appointment on the phone and am so glad I have discovered this gem. I have been to many other massage spas in the Bay Area, most of them charge more and provide less quality.
