I had the most beautiful time at Élan Laser Clinics Portman Square - I had my first ever Hydrafacial, the team were lovely, welcoming and supportive throughout every step. I had my hydrafacial with wonderful Halima, it was otherworldly and I can’t thank her enough for making me giggle and making me feel comfortable from start to finish. I felt and still feel hydrated, healthy and am glowing. I look forward to booking my next facial ❤️ xx

Millie i want to say thank you so so so much from the very beginning to the end of my treatment, you made me feel so comfortable talking to me about the whole procedure of the deluxe hydrafacial. I feel so cleansed and light as well as refreshed after. ESPECIALLY being a mum of 3 this is my first treat to myself and it was the best treatment and made it super special because i had you to take care of me. I can not wait to see you in March.

I had the hydra facial treatment and it was amazing. Galine was the one who helped me and she was very helpful and explained in very detail ways to help with my skin condition. The clinic environment was very nice and clean and receptionist staff was also very kind and helpful. Would definitely go back again.

Elan Clinic deserves a solid 5 stars! The hair laser treatment is delivering great results, and the professionalism of the staff is truly commendable. Special kudos to Galina for her exceptional skills and attention to detail. She is excellent at being attentive with me. I highly recommend this clinic for effective treatments, at a very fair price and a wonderful overall experience ⭐️

Came for a hydra facial. The staff are friendly but not very welcoming, no offer of drinks before or after treatment. Although hydra facials are pretty simple it is quite a meticulous treatment, and I didn’t get that from my therapist at elan. My skin didn’t feel 100% clean and I didn’t get the results I usually get from a really good hydra facial. I’d recommend spending the extra money and using a better clinic. 3 stars for friendly and prompt staff, nice location and competitive prices.
