I started having laser tattoo removal in April and if you have had this treatment or a tattoo one of the most important things is trusting the therapist and feeling comfortable. Every time I have come in for a session I am made to feel welcome from the front desk to the treatment room. The procedure is not pain free but Harriet and Marine do all they can to reduce this and constantly communicate during the treatment. Just had my first laser hair removal treatment with Harriet. She made my experience very comfortable and relaxed. She checked in with me to make sure I was okay and that the procedure was manageable. Highly recommend Elan laser clinic!
I had my first laser hair removal treatment today on my face with Harriet. The clinic is very well presented and clean. Harriet and her colleague at reception were very friendly and welcoming. I was talked through the treatment and after care attentively and feel confident on what to do/not to do before and after each treatment. I could hear the zap of my thickest of hair follicles being destroyed which is a good sign, so looking forward to good results but too early to know yet.
I just received my first hydrafacial at Élan Clinic and it was absolutely incredible. The lovely India took me through all of the steps to ensure my skin would feel hydrated and completely exfoliated by the end. Fantastic! I have been amazed by the results after only one or two sessions I noticed a huge amount of difference in the amount of hairs that I had still. The hairs have definitely gone away with the laser treatment- it's incredible! I had treatment years ago but this is a whole new level. Recommend to anyone. Staff are lovely too!
