I had my first laser hair removal treatment today on my face with Harriet. The clinic is very well presented and clean. Harriet and her colleague at reception were very friendly and welcoming. I was talked through the treatment and after care attentively and feel confident on what to do/not to do before and after each treatment. I could hear the zap of my thickest of hair follicles being destroyed which is a good sign, so looking forward to good results but too early to know yet.

I have been going to Elan, Beaconsfield branch for Hydro facial and laser hair removal for few months now. I always had the best experience with India. She’s amazing, very professional and polite. She makes you feel so comfortable and makes sure you get the best service. Whole team in this clinic is very welcoming. I highly recommend Elan laser clinic.

Over the last 10 months I have been receiving laser treatments with Victoria and more recently Electrolysis with India, at Elan, Beaconsfield. The treatments are carefully explained to you and they will advise you on further hair removal treatments should this be necessary. I am extremely happy with the treatments received so far and look forward to more going forward. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the clinic, and the staff, who are very welcoming and friendly.

I started having laser tattoo removal in April and if you have had this treatment or a tattoo one of the most important things is trusting the therapist and feeling comfortable. Every time I have come in for a session I am made to feel welcome from the front desk to the treatment room. The procedure is not pain free but Harriet and Marine do all they can to reduce this and constantly communicate during the treatment. I visited Elan today for a hydro facial after being recommended by a friend. I could not have had a better experience. I throughly enjoyed the facial and my skin feels fantastic. Harriet did an excellent job at ensuring that I was receiving the best tailored treatment to my skin and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I would recommend Elan for the professionalism and therapists, particularly Harriet and will be visiting again!
