Delaney is amazing!! I have a unique issue with my jaw and she has worked diligently to help. Extremely professional and personable.
Rose was great, she explained everything to me, was clear and very thorough. She also made sure I was doing ok throughout the entire process.
I had a less than desirable treatment and the company was very willing to make it right. They have excellent customer service and are very caring and knowledgeable.
I recently visited Laser MD in Boston for a lip flip and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended
I am so disappointed. I got 8 sessions done with them and everything went well, however the results were not lasting (which varies from a person to another and is normal). I came back with 2 Groupon coupons for the same areas, and they mentioned that only one can be taken. Then I cancelled one and called to take an appointment for one of them and then they claimed that it is only for new customers although it doesn’t say that on the groupon offer that they posted.
