Really great experience. They were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a consult to see if they could help reduce my spider vein. They were very clear that I was a good candidate however it may not all go away. It’s been two days so far and it looks great! The big spot has faded a great amount and the little veins are all gone! Thank you for such a great experience. I will be back for sure.
The girls who do the laser treatments are great! Friendly and make you feel super comfortable. The front desk manager Karen is not so great. Very pushy when buying packages and also not very friendly, condescending almost all the damn time. I stopped going and left the rest of my treatments behind simply because of her!!! I would rather spend more money someplace else with good customer service.
Angela is great!! She really takes her time and explained the products and procedures very well. I’m very happy with the results I received at Laser MD.
Gaia is a pleasure to chat with and definitely knows her stuff with injectables!!! I am always 100% happy with her work! The staff are all friendly and on top of it! The location is clean, its easy to park, and right near other convenient stores for errands.
Professional and knowledgeable staff. Explained procedures thoroughly, how to prepare before/after for best results. Calm and relaxing atmosphere and clean facility. At consultation i was nervous asking some embarrassing questions, and then on first treatment day, but staff made it easy to just ask anything.
