I have been going here for years. Luckily for me it was earlier when they had Groupons but anyway it's a comfortable convenient space. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. It was refreshing having a nurse be aware of my pain tolerance and mindful with distraction techniques.
Really great experience. They were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a consult to see if they could help reduce my spider vein. They were very clear that I was a good candidate however it may not all go away. It’s been two days so far and it looks great! The big spot has faded a great amount and the little veins are all gone! Thank you for such a great experience. I will be back for sure.
Always a great experience with Angela! I actually followed her to Danvers when she moved from another Laser MD location - she is that good! Well worth the hour drive. Angela is very patient and takes great pride in her work. She is very personable and always takes an extra minute to catch up with her clients, and make them feel comfortable. I see her for Botox and the occasional lip filler.

The girls who do the laser treatments are great! Friendly and make you feel super comfortable. The front desk manager Karen is not so great. Very pushy when buying packages and also not very friendly, condescending almost all the damn time. I stopped going and left the rest of my treatments behind simply because of her!!! I would rather spend more money someplace else with good customer service.
