Had a good experience during the actual appointment for my Russian manicure. The nail tech paid a lot of attention to detail. However, within 3 days, my red nails started to develop yellow streaks where the red polish was separated. Now all of my nails look bad and this is a manicure that would normally last me 3-4 weeks. Editing this to one star. My nails are completely streaked yellow now. Disappointing

This used to be my regular salon, but the horrible service and quality during my previous appointments are unacceptable. Consistently my nails are chipping and falling off within 24 hours. Gel X should last weeks, but entire nails are coming off less than a day of my service. The staff and owners have stopped caring about quality, yet continue to raise prices. I got a recent gel removal at this place, and the technician was improperly doing my cuticles. She cut out a big chunk of my nailbed to the point it started to bleed all over the place. She then proceeded to use some in-store off brand liquid to “stop the bleeding.” I was so panicked and in pain that I started crying. This was my second visit to Laveda for waxing, and once again, I had an excellent experience, especially today. They graciously accommodated my last-minute request, and Anu was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. Her skill and care truly stood out to me. I highly recommend Anu at Laveda. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and have always been happy with my services! I mainly get gel manicures with the occasional pedicure or wax. They regularly get new gel colors and are pretty up to date on the latest nail trends. Every tech I’ve seen has been great. I usually look for appointments with Tessa, Ari, or Michelle. They’re very thorough and gentle. I saw Adam today and he was a gem (and spent soo much time on a design for me!).
