So far, I've interacted with Kira, Nicki, Rachel, Nicole & Kiya; I cannot describe the extent of my gratefulness to have found this clinic and these people! The staff is beyond professional, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. Everyone took the time to listen to my skin insecurities, concerns and skin goals. I unfortunately had a terrible experience at this clinic and I hope whoever handled my appointment is given a talk about sensitivity. When I went in there it was based on a doctor referral - I was under the impression I was seeing a doctor but went into an appointment with someone else (never told me what type of title she had).
