Kirsty was really helpful in advising me on which types of styles would suit my hair best/not be advisable, both with its condition and the way I typically deal with it. I really appreciate the honesty and insight, as that's a first for me at a hairdressers! Really happy with the service, and to have left with a haircut that is both manageable and what I'm happy with.
This is my 2nd visit to this salon and my 1st appointment getting it coloured. I've been box dying it for the last 5 years, so I had a colour consultation prior to this appointment and felt really listened to. I had a last minute change of stylist due to the awful weather this week, but couldn't be more pleased with my result! Kirst H and all the staff involved were so kind and friendly, and I felt well looked after. I am so pleased with my final result and can't wait to be back for my refresh :) thank you!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had come in asking for dusting & light trim to remove some damage & reshape as my hair was choppy. I had let the stylist know that it was dry & I had recently got a Bio perm. (So you can imagine my hair is very fragile at this point) I even asked for advice on what to do. Stylist was stuck up and uninviting, did not make you feel comfortable. Not only that she used a RAZOR to cut my hair. Have had some great colour from L&M over the years but also some less than good service last time when salon had to do a colour correction on my hair that they had done a week prior. Colour was not good and salon agreed with that when I discussed this with them. Upon returning, the senior Stylist overseeing was low key rude and the Stylist re doing hair felt rather frosty and it was not a nice experience sitting in the chair for 3 hrs feeling like that. Been going here for just over 2 years and would never go anywhere else now Alison is amazing as always- love the range of drinks you get too live when there’s cocktails etc for special occasions such an experience coming here you can really unwind- slightly on the pricier side but honestly it’s worth it for the experience you get!!
