We loved this hotel. The service was excellent. They were beyond helpful, kind and friendly through our whole stay. The location is calm and upscale. The Fine Hotels and Resorts benefits with American Express are great. Our room definitely needed some upgrades. It showed a lot of wear from the years. However, the room was still very comfortable but lost in its sense of luxury due to the wear. It was kind of a bummer but wouldn’t deter me from staying there again. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

It was so nice staying here. I stayed for my surgery for 10 days. And we had a very big room and a nice bathroom. Perfect location! Central to everything and at the same time a little bit far from all the chaos of NYC. The employees were so so nice! Housekeepers and the restaurant staff! I loved them all. As they were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back to Loews if in manhattan.

We stayed at the Lowe's forva long weekend to attend a wedding. The whole experience was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Checking was quick and easy. The whole process from dropping g of the car to entering our room was less than 10 minutes. One tip is to use the app to check in it really helps. Everyone of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The hotel location is convenient for a walk in central park. We will definitely go back!

During our stay, my 7 year old daughter left three beloved stuffed animals wrapped up in the blankets while we went out for the day, including one that is a 40 year old hand me down from when her mom was a kid. When housekeeping came by, they swapped out the blankets for some reason. Cool, fresh linens! However, the stuffed animals got scooped up with the laundry. The moment you arrive - it is like you are a very important person - or just a member of the Loews family. Excellent in every area. We have been staying here for over 15 years and NEVER been disappointed and we travel the world. 20 Stars to the entire staff. The location is perfect.
