It was so nice staying here. I stayed for my surgery for 10 days. And we had a very big room and a nice bathroom. Perfect location! Central to everything and at the same time a little bit far from all the chaos of NYC. The employees were so so nice! Housekeepers and the restaurant staff! I loved them all. As they were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back to Loews if in manhattan.

We stayed at the Lowe's forva long weekend to attend a wedding. The whole experience was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Checking was quick and easy. The whole process from dropping g of the car to entering our room was less than 10 minutes. One tip is to use the app to check in it really helps. Everyone of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The hotel location is convenient for a walk in central park. We will definitely go back!

Every time I’m in the city, the Loews Regency is my go-to stay, and somehow it just keeps getting better. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between chic and comfortable, making it feel like a home I secretly wish I lived in full-time. During our stay, my 7 year old daughter left three beloved stuffed animals wrapped up in the blankets while we went out for the day, including one that is a 40 year old hand me down from when her mom was a kid. When housekeeping came by, they swapped out the blankets for some reason. Cool, fresh linens! However, the stuffed animals got scooped up with the laundry. The moment you arrive - it is like you are a very important person - or just a member of the Loews family. Excellent in every area. We have been staying here for over 15 years and NEVER been disappointed and we travel the world. 20 Stars to the entire staff. The location is perfect.
