Beautiful hotel! Great safe location, close to everything, but not too close, just right. Hotel staff is friendly, efficient, helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the building is older but has old Park Ave New York charm. We had a lovely street view so we could see the snow covered trees from our window. I was expecting a better overall experience given the price point of this hotel. Unfortunately, the service at the concierge desk was disappointing and felt unwelcoming, which set the tone for our stay. A more attentive and friendly approach would have made a big difference. The room itself was very spacious, which we appreciated. However, the shower felt outdated, we were unable to connect our phone to the TV, and the internet only worked intermittently throughout our stay. I love the Loews Regency. The location is perfect and it is a very quiet hotel. I have stayed many times over the years and see the same welcoming faces each time I check in. Everyone is very friendly and polite. I think it says a lot when a hotel has a very low turnover of staff.

Fantastic experience! From the front desk to housekeeping, the service was excellent throughout my stay. The restaurants offered great food and service, the location was perfectly central, and the beds were very comfortable. I especially loved the overall vibe of the hotel. Highly recommend!

Let’s start! My friends and I had an amazing time there. The room was super clean, and everything was just perfect. The room service and food were excellent — honestly, everything was outstanding! We had breakfast and OMG… it tasted so good 😍 Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every bite was a delight. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — so kind, attentive, and professional. They truly made us feel comfortable and taken care of.
