It was so nice staying here. I stayed for my surgery for 10 days. And we had a very big room and a nice bathroom. Perfect location! Central to everything and at the same time a little bit far from all the chaos of NYC. The employees were so so nice! Housekeepers and the restaurant staff! I loved them all. As they were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back to Loews if in manhattan.

Service really sets them apart. Everyone was so warm! Room was ok but dated, the old shower/bath combo is in need of a facelift. In-Room service was excellent with the exception of the pancakes! My favorite breakfast food and they were so dry I couldn’t eat them. I’ll definitely stay again and likely ask for a fresher room when booking.

We stayed at the Lowe's forva long weekend to attend a wedding. The whole experience was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Checking was quick and easy. The whole process from dropping g of the car to entering our room was less than 10 minutes. One tip is to use the app to check in it really helps. Everyone of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The hotel location is convenient for a walk in central park. We will definitely go back!

I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, and the Loews Regency stands out as one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless, clean, and elevated. Every time I’m in the city, the Loews Regency is my go-to stay, and somehow it just keeps getting better. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between chic and comfortable, making it feel like a home I secretly wish I lived in full-time.
