I just had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Michael and it was amazing! I feel incredible, exactly what I needed. Michael was very friendly, made me feel completely comfortable, and really knows what he’s doing!! I’ve already booked another session and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend :)

I have recently started coming to Loosen Up and I am still in AWE after my sessions! I go for lymphatic work, and with only two sessions I SEE and FEEL a major difference both mentally and physically! March 23 I had two bad experiences in Oakland until I found Adriana. She came to my home and knew exactly what to say from the start of the massage. She was also very considerate of my needs and comfort. It was perfect! Hire her, you won’t regret it! 😍

Truly the best team ever! I accidentally booked the wrong service online, and even though it wasn’t expected, they went out of their way to fit me in. They’re incredibly accommodating, so knowledgeable, and truly listen to your needs and concerns. It’s clear that customers come first here, it shows in everything they do.

Gina is amazing, her sports therapy and massage clinic houses a team of experts who customize your care and make a personal plan with you for what you need. They have Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage... Highly recommend and I can't wait to go back.
