The staff were exceptional and the location is stunning. From start to finish, everything was great. Chloe at the front desk is so sweet! Kathryn did my facial and I have used her before and she is ALWAYS amazing. Sheena and the MA Becca worked on my injections- they were both awesome and made me feel very comfortable. Sheena is a wealth of knowledge and explained everything very thoroughly. 10-10 recommend this location! You can really tell that they care about their clients.
Absolutely obsessed with my experience here! I got a Diamond Glow facial and skin has never felt this good. The results are instant. The spa itself is spotless and stunning, such a relaxing vibe from the moment you walk in. The staff were super friendly and took the time to explain everything, you can tell they know their stuff and love what they do. Kathryn is amazing. The technology they use is top notch, and you can feel the difference. Can’t wait to come back for more.
I followed Shawn from his previous medspa and am SO glad he chose Lumos. The staff is top notch (and not constantly changing like the previous place), the atmosphere is lovely with such a cool vibe and their customer service is wonderful. Everyone is so nice and helpful! I recommend all of my clients to see Shawn for bloodwork, HRT and more!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just had a hair laser removal treatment with Kathryn, the Aesthetic Laser Technician, and she was truly amazing! She took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain exactly what to expect. I really appreciated how thorough she was in describing how certain coarser hairs would respond and what to expect in the coming sessions.
I LOVE Lumos!! I have had a regular facial, two diamond glow facials and started vein laser treatments today. I also bring my daughter for facials to deal with her acne and her face has improved 300% since we started 4 months ago.
