I’ve been seeing Dr. Kathryn at the spa for pigmentation treatments and the experience has been excellent. I’ve completed three Aerolase sessions so far — she explains every step, keeps the treatment comfortable, and applies proper post-laser care. What really stands out is that it’s not just “do the treatment and leave”, she actually educates you on how to maintain your skin between sessions for better results. Kathryn did my NeoElite laser treatment and I had an amazing experience. She was incredibly understanding of my concerns about hyperpigmentation and took the time to really listen to me. Kathryn is wonderful. She took her time to call me and address my concerns before I even booked any sessions. Once I arrived, she was very thorough and attentive to my skincare needs. Her place is very clean and I love that she takes the time to properly sanitize the items before using them on my skin. I’m very pleased with my results and will be back for more treatments. I started with Kathryn a little over 2 months ago using the NeoElite to treat my hyperpigmentation and enlarged pores. Wow is an understatement! I have very stubborn hyperpigmentation that no matter what I did, would not lift. About 2 treatments in is when the results started to show.
