I had the pleasure of visiting Luxe Salon for the first time today, and I was truly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were not only friendly but also incredibly professional, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. Jess, in particular, is a master with colour—she transformed my hair, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Luxe Salon for all of your hairdressing needs. Exceptional service and a first-class experience!
I always look forward to my appointment at Luxe. The friendly reception team make me feel so welcome. The very comfortable chairs with the massage make for a relaxing experience. Naz, my hairdresser, is professional and very thoughtful. Always ready to discuss options and makes me feel special. On several occasions women have stopped me and complimented my hairstyle.
I got my hair done at Luxe concept salon this week and I could not recommend them enough!!! I went from my natural, dull brown hair to a white, platinum blonde by Jess. The colour that Jess achieved was incredible. The customer service was great, head massages and all. Krissie also cut my hair and did the most amazing blow out (see photo attached). I do absolutely love my visits to Luxe seeing all the gorgeous girls and guys. Sadly I am unable to visit anywhere near the number of times previously, as I have moved to far north QLD 😔 I especially look forward to Erin, she is the GIRL! Such a talented hair dresser in all aspects of hairdressing. As long as Erin looks after me I will travel down from far north QLD just for her to work her magic 🌸🤗
Such a great experience from start to finish. I happened to book Luxe Salon based on “best nanoplasty treatment salon” and let me tell you - it was perfect. Kristie was my hair dresser and she was so great. She took her time and ensured everything was done with care and as best it can be. I did the Nanoplasty treatment on my hair as it’s always been curly and this was the best thing I’ve ever done. I love the outcome. I will be back and will also recommend to others. Thank you team!
