Nadia is always so warm and welcoming and wonderful at what she does. She always makes me feel at ease and I trust her professional advice and recommendations. As my skin is extremely thin and prone to bruising, she is very cautious and gentle when treating me. Her attentiveness and overall care is exceptional. Not my first time visiting Medaesthetics but first time going to the Mt Hawthorn Clinic. I saw Nurse Nadia who was extremely helpful with what procedure would be best for my problem area & for my budget. Nurse Nadia was very skilled & made it a pleasant experience with no pain. I actively decided to research a serious treatment and decided to invest in Venus Legacy - to tackle my stubborn dimpling on my lower body. I had a very transparent consult with the doctor then booked in my treatments with Brooke and Marni at Mount Hawthorn. The staff were warm and welcoming. Nurse Elizabeth was professional, informative and knowledgeable in her role assisting my confidence in treatment decisions. The results were better than what I anticipated, I can highly recommend nurse Elizabeth.
I recently tried filler for the first time with Amy! She was amazing at explaining the process of what to expect and easing my nerves throughout the appointment! Post the appointment she was available on Instagram to answer my questions, which was really helpful! Amy helped me to achieve a natural fuller look with my lips :) I will be definitely coming back!
