Not normally one to complain but I unfortunately had a very poor experience. The polish that was being used seemed to be old (very goopy) which I mentioned from the get go but was told it was okay. I had a pedicure done first. Then, when I was getting my nails done the nail artist hardly took off the previous polish so when she only did two coats the old polish was still showing through. I’ve been going to Nari regularly, and she consistently does an amazing job with my nails. I keep my natural nails long, and she is incredibly skilled at shaping and maintaining them so they stay strong, healthy, and beautiful. The staff was super nice and friendly, which I really appreciated. However, I’m not sure if their nail polishes are old or what, but my gel manicure started chipping within a week. I called, and thankfully, I was still within the 6-day warranty to have them redone. I got them fixed on Friday, and by Tuesday, they were already chipping again. Anna was so bad I came home and re-did my nails. I got a no polish mani but my cuticles were wonky and I had to re-file my nails because it was so badly cut/filed. She didn’t even cut me nails evenly. I don’t understand how she’s “miniluxe certified”? She rushed through it so what did I expect? Not to mention me toe nail polish came home the moment I left the store. And just messy. Cannot believe I payed money for this. Will never go back.

I go to Laura for my waxing and she is genuinely fantastic. I was very nervous about finding a waxer as I just moved to Boston this year. She has been perfect and very informative. Her waxing is quick and clean and she does a great job. I recommend her to anyone who asks.
