The staff was super nice and friendly, which I really appreciated. However, I’m not sure if their nail polishes are old or what, but my gel manicure started chipping within a week. I called, and thankfully, I was still within the 6-day warranty to have them redone. I got them fixed on Friday, and by Tuesday, they were already chipping again. Anna was so bad I came home and re-did my nails. I got a no polish mani but my cuticles were wonky and I had to re-file my nails because it was so badly cut/filed. She didn’t even cut me nails evenly. I don’t understand how she’s “miniluxe certified”? She rushed through it so what did I expect? Not to mention me toe nail polish came home the moment I left the store. And just messy. Cannot believe I payed money for this. Will never go back.
Update: After reaching out about my concerns, I was invited back for a complimentary fix. The staff was professional and welcoming during my second visit, and they took the time to reshape and refine the Gel-X extensions (blue set). Now my nails look much more natural and clean, which is exactly what I was hoping for in the first place.
