Update: After reaching out about my concerns, I was invited back for a complimentary fix. The staff was professional and welcoming during my second visit, and they took the time to reshape and refine the Gel-X extensions (blue set). Now my nails look much more natural and clean, which is exactly what I was hoping for in the first place. Had a really great experience at the Brookline location! Got a gelx mani with nail art and a gel pedi. The atmosphere was great, and I was so glad to have Nari as my nail tech for my gelx extensions + nail art as you can definitely tell how skilled they are Tina did my pedicure and they were super friendly and attentive! My pedi is flawless! This was my first time at Brookline as I usually go to the Seaport location in Boston, but I have to say I was very impressed!!
MiniLuxe yesterday was absolutely incredible! It’s a good mix of kindness and professionalism that made me feel pampered. I’ve been stuckkkk in a winter blues rut with Boston’s chilly rainy “spring” and felt like I needed to treat myself…Thank you Jamilla nail guru! Highly recommend 5 stars y’all!
I was able to book service just a day in advance which was very convenient for me since I'm going to a wedding. The location is pretty new and everything is very bright and clean inside. The nail technicians are all very friendly and easy to talk to and it seems like the franchise owner maintains a good working atmosphere for them. had a really disappointing experience getting a gel manicure and pedicure here. It’s only been 9 days and you can already see the growth, which suggests my cuticles weren’t properly pushed back during the manicure. I also ended up with a terrible (ordinary looking) nail shape that looks unflattering and it’s uneven when you compare it to the rest of the nails—and for $90, that’s just unreasonable.
