I’m visiting from out of town and got a pedicure with Carmen, and it was one of the best of my life. She was excellent and gave me tips for improving the health of my nails based on some concerns I had. I don’t usually write reviews but had to about this nail tech. She is 10/10.
Do not book here if you depend on it. They screwed up our booking for 3 people on our wedding day and made zero effort to fix the situation. First they were trying to tell me that we were not “in their system” at all, but when I insisted they talked to the person who booked us and found out she had confused the days. They were not willing to squeeze us in even on this special day unless we would give up almost all the services we had booked. Horrible experience.
This is the most expensive and worst gel manicure I’ve ever had in my life. It came out to be a $70 gel mani (charged me $10 for gel removal). Bumpiest and most uneven job I’ve ever seen. It wasn’t noticeable until after the full manicure. The front desk asked if I wanted it to fix something, but I already spent a full hour in the salon, was I really going to do removal and get a new full set of gel nails that might come out bumpy and gross again? I have had a few pedicures with Carmen and she had been wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and does great work. My polish lasts a long time.
For the very first time my mom and I tried a Beverly Hills Nail Salon and I must say that not only was the service amazing, but so was the experience. We both were greeted, asked us if we wanted water or wine and explained to both of us on how their polishes work along with the retention time. Not only was everyone welcoming and friendly, but the quality of work was perfect and genuinely took their time with our pedicures and manicures. 10/10 - definitely coming back.
