DO NOT GO! Besides the fact that they are overpriced, they are also rude. I brought my own nail polish that I wanted to use on myself and my kids since I could be able to do touch ups if it chipped, and they told me if I wanted to do that it’s $10 extra each per hands and feet and per person. That’s an extra $60 just to use my OWN NAIL POLISH. I have had my mani pedi here in the past by Kayla and Violet and today Emmi. They are all excellent and professional. The nail art here is minimal due to the salons time constraints, but I left today feeling good.
Tina was my nail technician and she was AMAZING. I left LA during the fires for 2 weeks to San Francisco, so my nails were a mess. It felt so good to be back at a familiar place with such a warm and talented technician.
Oh how I love my visits to Miniluxe. It's my Sunday morning splurge - I travel 74 miles round trip to make my appointment and I select an early appointment time. My very favorite Nail Designer is Karyne - I don't want anyone else. The other ladies are great too but she's my fave. Most times it's a pedi only but occasionally I add in a mani. Really unhappy with the experience of this place. Paying $100 for 3D Gel Art Nails only to be told they would not be able to do more than basic gel nails. So i picked a simpler design and sadly the nail technician really struggled. It was so bad to the point they did one hand passable and then the next hand was entirely botched. The other technician next to me even felt sorry for me and confirmed it was done poorly. They had to do it all over again so that it would at least match the other hand.
