I like this location and all of the techs! Just disappointed with the Dazzle Dry polish - it’s so thin! I got a manicure yesterday with three coats of this polish, and less than 24 hours later it’s already chipping 😭. It does not feel like three coats.
The press on nails look no different- maybe worse- than if we did it ourselves from a CVS box! They aren’t even straight. The pedicures are fine but not.
Fantastic! (Not to be recommended), but I arrived 20 minutes late for a pedicure. Tom said he would do his best to accommodate me—not only was he able to accommodate me, but he did an amazing job. Thank you so much !!!
I found the manager rude. They wanted us to tell them before the appointment about the type of nail polish we have currently. They didn’t ask us at the time of appointment and we didn’t know that we had to. Later the manager came and told us loudly in front of everyone that you are supposed to tell us ahead of the appointment, because this type nail polish will take 10 mins more to remove. Overall, my experience was good, but I noticed one issue: they repeatedly used the same nail brush on all customers. Back in California, nail salons use a one-time brush for coloring nails. Due to cleanliness and hygiene concerns, I think the store should not reuse the same nail brush head from the nail polish bottle on all customers. It's not healthy. What if some customers have grey, fungal nails? The virus could transfer from the brush head.
