I will start off by saying the service provided was not for myself. I am a nanny, and took my 11yr old in for a special day. We arrived around 3:15pm on a Thursday. When asked to check in, we informed Jessica, at the desk that we did not have an appointment and asked if we could be seen. She informed us that it was a busy day, and normally reservations are required, but she would be able to get us in for a 30 minute manicure instead of the 45 minute service my Little was asking to get. Been going here for 2 years and I always leave with beautiful nails. Salon is spotless and the staff never rush, are always meticulous in their work and incredibly kind. If you love a classic, simple nail with fair prices and the highest standards of cleanliness - this is the place to go!

Unfortunately this Miniluxe location was extremely disappointing. I waited in line to check-in and was told I was all set, later to get a message from the studio claiming I hadn't checked in while I was already in the middle of my service. The main problem though was the end result of the manicure I received - it was the lowest quality I have ever seen. I had gift certificate to Miniluxe,wanted to use it. Overall experience was very good. My tech. was very nice, followed my instructions very attentively. Took her time,didn't rush. The only thing is,I wish they had individual pedicure chairs with massage. The clients seem to sit a bit too close to each other.Otherwise very nice!!!
