Been going here for 2 years and I always leave with beautiful nails. Salon is spotless and the staff never rush, are always meticulous in their work and incredibly kind. If you love a classic, simple nail with fair prices and the highest standards of cleanliness - this is the place to go!
Unfortunately this Miniluxe location was extremely disappointing. I waited in line to check-in and was told I was all set, later to get a message from the studio claiming I hadn't checked in while I was already in the middle of my service. The main problem though was the end result of the manicure I received - it was the lowest quality I have ever seen. I had gift certificate to Miniluxe,wanted to use it. Overall experience was very good. My tech. was very nice, followed my instructions very attentively. Took her time,didn't rush. The only thing is,I wish they had individual pedicure chairs with massage. The clients seem to sit a bit too close to each other.Otherwise very nice!!!
The technician was very professional and nice. The salon did not have the color I 2anted but the technician helped me find a substitute color that I liked. My nails look great. What I didn’t like about the salon, is downstairs we all seemed to be crammed in. It was not a relaxing experience. I heard every conversation, whether I wanted to or not. Mini luxe is also $14 more expensive than other salons in the area.
I was very disappointed in many aspects of my experience. The manicurist was very nice and friendly and told me what I asked she could not do. The business model seems to be each minute has to be accounted for and the task predetermined. I left spending more money than usual and not happy with the outcome.
