I had visited MiniLuxe for the first time for a manicure with performance polish. Was a really nice experience with Megan. I did unfortunately get a good amount of chipped nails my first couple days after. They had me come right in when I could, and I was able to sit with Emily. She redid all of my nails, and recommended an add on to hopefully help my nails last longer. Great service and she really did a wonderful job. Thank you so much MiniLuxe! Greatly appreciate the service thus far!
I loved my pedicure and the technician. I did find the noise to be overwhelming, most likely due to the acoustics. Unfortunately the woman at the front desk was very task oriented and not welcoming. I did expect more from a Miniluxe.
Went here to get my nails done for my wedding and was so disappointed. Picked out a simple white. The artist firstly barely said a single word to me and clearly did not want to be there, which I understand but still. These nails are so lumpy and uneven it’s insane. They are the worst nails I have ever gotten! The polish has stayed on but I almost wish it hasn’t because they are so terribly done and ugly. First time ever coming to Mini Luxe and i had such a great experience! Megan was so welcoming and did a great job on doing builder gel on my nails. Highly recommend!
I’ve been a repeat customer at Miniluxe Cranston for a while because I usually enjoy their services and appreciate the attention to detail. However, my most recent visit was really disappointing. I got my nails done by someone I’ve seen multiple times before, who I know has been with Miniluxe for over five years. Normally, she paints my polish all the way up to my cuticles (which I specifically like), but this time she didn’t.
