Even though this is a nail place, I'm so glad I came in for my lashes. Nicole always does an amazing lift and tint. I also got a pedicure last time and it was great. Very clean and organized, everyone is always welcoming and friendly.
My daughter went in to get a gel manicure. She was there for 90 minutes, they put silk wraps on her nails. We were charged$85 plus tip and two nails broke off the next day. We couldn’t get in there until the next week, but because we went over their ‘7 day guarantee’, they would not repair other than removing the nail polish. We elected to go elsewhere and will never go there again.
I went in for a manicure after having dip gel nails (from somewhere else) that ruined my nails. My nails were in pretty bad shape and I had a special event planned for later that night. I was able to book a same day appointment and was running a little late, cutting into my appt time. Alexis always does phenomenal work. My nails have never looked better. She is also a wonderful person to talk to.
Jade was an absolute pleasure to work with. I added a manicure to my appointment and was squeezed in so my start time was changed slightly. Not only did she do an excellent job, she was very personable.
