MiniLuxe in Cranston continues to be my favorite place to get a pedicure. It’s super clean, the nail techs are kind and knowledgeable, and you actually get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Love the online booking feature, app, and the fact that they get you in at the time you scheduled. Worth the price. Get the performance polish!!!
Even though this is a nail place, I'm so glad I came in for my lashes. Nicole always does an amazing lift and tint. I also got a pedicure last time and it was great. Very clean and organized, everyone is always welcoming and friendly.
I have never been shamed into leaving a larger tip until today. A pedicure is a luxury for me that I only do a couple times of year. It is not really in my budget. I went to leave a 10% tip and the "hostess" asked if if I would like to share what was wrong with my experience. I told her nothing was wrong. Then she told me that my 10% tip indicated that something was wrong and that it was common place to tip at least 20% so I wound up paying 72 dollars for a simple pedicure. After a massive mixup on my part, both the Legacy Place and Cranston locations worked to make sure that I was able to get the services that I missed by going the wrong location (Westwood). Jade at Cranston did a great job on my hands and feet. Since I live in RI but work in Legacy Place, it’s great to have such quality nail salons nearby. I also want to thank the host at Legacy Place who communicated with me via text to get me a new appointment- after I went to the wrong location!!
I LOVE MiniLuxe!!! Tol is just absolutely amazing and her work is high quality!! She has such amazing energy and is super kind and I will definitely be rebooking with Tol in the future! Once again I enjoyed the staff and everyone took such amazing care of me and made my day!💗
