I had a very OK experience here. I was warmly greeted by the staff. The location is extremely clean. My first experience was my brows- the tech asked the appropriate questions, and the service went well. Went here to get my nails done for my wedding and was so disappointed. Picked out a simple white. The artist firstly barely said a single word to me and clearly did not want to be there, which I understand but still. These nails are so lumpy and uneven it’s insane. They are the worst nails I have ever gotten! The polish has stayed on but I almost wish it hasn’t because they are so terribly done and ugly. I’ve been a repeat customer at Miniluxe Cranston for a while because I usually enjoy their services and appreciate the attention to detail. However, my most recent visit was really disappointing. I got my nails done by someone I’ve seen multiple times before, who I know has been with Miniluxe for over five years. Normally, she paints my polish all the way up to my cuticles (which I specifically like), but this time she didn’t. I had a deluxe performance polish (dazzle dry)manicure. Laurie did wonderful job making my short broken nails and dry hands look good. Miniluxe is the place to go . Great location , great services and products with great people providing the services.
Love coming here, everyone is super professional and I appreciate the attention to cleanliness. However the DISGUSTING sewage smell from the pedicure drains is unacceptable for an establishment like this and needs to be addressed. I’ve brought it up to management multiple times and nothing has changed. It completely ruins an otherwise great experience and seems like it would be a simple fix from a plumber.
