I had visited MiniLuxe for the first time for a manicure with performance polish. Was a really nice experience with Megan. I did unfortunately get a good amount of chipped nails my first couple days after. They had me come right in when I could, and I was able to sit with Emily. She redid all of my nails, and recommended an add on to hopefully help my nails last longer. Great service and she really did a wonderful job. Thank you so much MiniLuxe! Greatly appreciate the service thus far!
I loved my pedicure and the technician. I did find the noise to be overwhelming, most likely due to the acoustics. Unfortunately the woman at the front desk was very task oriented and not welcoming. I did expect more from a Miniluxe.
Super expensive. Not sure if it was the nail tech or the product, but what they are advertising as "builder gel" is definitely NOT. I had a full set done, 1.5 weeks later a full nail just fell off. I went back and they actually re-did the whole set because the tech noticed the set was not properly done. Then 1 week later 2 nails fell off. I won't go back and certainly not for the prices they are charging.
Went here to get my nails done for my wedding and was so disappointed. Picked out a simple white. The artist firstly barely said a single word to me and clearly did not want to be there, which I understand but still. These nails are so lumpy and uneven it’s insane. They are the worst nails I have ever gotten! The polish has stayed on but I almost wish it hasn’t because they are so terribly done and ugly. First time ever coming to Mini Luxe and i had such a great experience! Megan was so welcoming and did a great job on doing builder gel on my nails. Highly recommend!
