Went here to get my nails done for my wedding and was so disappointed. Picked out a simple white. The artist firstly barely said a single word to me and clearly did not want to be there, which I understand but still. These nails are so lumpy and uneven it’s insane. They are the worst nails I have ever gotten! The polish has stayed on but I almost wish it hasn’t because they are so terribly done and ugly. I have never had a pedicure lasted under 25 minutes! That should say enough! She did tell me that my 'feet' were infected and she was not licensed to work on them. (After all the pedicures I have received, I have never been told that my feet were infected!) I am making an appointment with a podiatrist and will tell him what I was told so that I may gain some clarity. Staff were friendly.. but waited over 15 min past my appointment time and my $42 “performance” manicure looks so bad after 1 week. Within 5 days it was cracking and peeling. I don’t do anything that’s rough on my hands - never had this happen before. My nails were also all different lengths and shapes. It’s also VERY cramped inside. The work stations are small and directly next to each other with uncomfortable plastic chairs. Wanted to love it but it flopped.
Melissa was able to fix my tragic gel x nails from another salon and give me the bridal nails of my dreams on short notice only a couple days before my big day!! This is an amazing salon with the kindest, most experienced people who will give you exactly what you are looking for. I will never go to another salon. Thank you!!!
My husband made an appointment for me for my birthday as a surprise, they sent me emails and texts after he told them not to contact me as it’s a surprise then my birthday comes, my husband calls to make sure they can do cat eyes and he was told that even though my appointment was booked a week in advance someone booked over my appointment and they were trying to figure out who’s appointment to cancel and move.
