I had a very OK experience here. I was warmly greeted by the staff. The location is extremely clean. My first experience was my brows- the tech asked the appropriate questions, and the service went well. Went here to get my nails done for my wedding and was so disappointed. Picked out a simple white. The artist firstly barely said a single word to me and clearly did not want to be there, which I understand but still. These nails are so lumpy and uneven it’s insane. They are the worst nails I have ever gotten! The polish has stayed on but I almost wish it hasn’t because they are so terribly done and ugly. Gel pedicure was excellent. However, I had gel on my finger nails when I arrived. They told me they could give me a gel manicure. Not only could they not remove the gel, but it took 40 minutes for them to figure that out. I left with half removed gel.
I’ve been a repeat customer at Miniluxe Cranston for a while because I usually enjoy their services and appreciate the attention to detail. However, my most recent visit was really disappointing. I got my nails done by someone I’ve seen multiple times before, who I know has been with Miniluxe for over five years. Normally, she paints my polish all the way up to my cuticles (which I specifically like), but this time she didn’t. I had a deluxe performance polish (dazzle dry)manicure. Laurie did wonderful job making my short broken nails and dry hands look good. Miniluxe is the place to go . Great location , great services and products with great people providing the services.
