Was a loyal customer, recommending to neighbors and bringing friends. It’s a little pricey but I was ok with that. Last 2 visits the tech and service went from a 10 to a -10. The service performed look like a child, did it . After a botched pedicure. I came in for a gel “Ultimate” pedicure at $92, I ventured out and decided to have two nails painted different colors but after I got home , I didn’t love the color on two of my toenails (four nails total). I returned the next day to have just those four nails redone, expecting to pay some sort of fee , as it was my own fault for choosing a color I wasn’t super sure about. After an exhausting week, had a lovely manicure and pedicure with Sophia. Great conversation, relaxing experience, and I love my nails. The Performance Polish will stay on for 2 weeks, and helps my chippy nails grow out again.
Henry and the rest of staff were wonderful. I mixed up my intended services and without complaint they rearranged my appointment for me to ensure smooth and great service. Love them!!
I've been to this salon many times and loved all my services. This time it was a very mixed service. Adama did an eyelash lift & tint and was outstanding. I would definitely recommend. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure (Lisa, name on receipt) was pretty bad. She cut my toenails crooked and got paint in the cuticles of both toes and fingers.
