I have been a client of ML since they came to Dallas. In all my years, I’ve never had an issue with ML until this past Saturday. It is clear they prioritize dollars over client experience, producing an anything but relaxing experience featured by delays and wrongful customer blaming. Was a loyal customer, recommending to neighbors and bringing friends. It’s a little pricey but I was ok with that. Last 2 visits the tech and service went from a 10 to a -10. The service performed look like a child, did it . After a botched pedicure. I came in for a gel “Ultimate” pedicure at $92, I ventured out and decided to have two nails painted different colors but after I got home , I didn’t love the color on two of my toenails (four nails total). I returned the next day to have just those four nails redone, expecting to pay some sort of fee , as it was my own fault for choosing a color I wasn’t super sure about. Best place to get your nails done. Henry is seriously the BEST!!! My healthy gel extensions lasted over 3weeks. Very professional & clean! Another review to show the amazing work of Henry. My nails last a whole month, he does does a good job. Y’all need to book with him!!

I've been to this salon many times and loved all my services. This time it was a very mixed service. Adama did an eyelash lift & tint and was outstanding. I would definitely recommend. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure (Lisa, name on receipt) was pretty bad. She cut my toenails crooked and got paint in the cuticles of both toes and fingers.
