I have been a client of ML since they came to Dallas. In all my years, I’ve never had an issue with ML until this past Saturday. It is clear they prioritize dollars over client experience, producing an anything but relaxing experience featured by delays and wrongful customer blaming. Was a loyal customer, recommending to neighbors and bringing friends. It’s a little pricey but I was ok with that. Last 2 visits the tech and service went from a 10 to a -10. The service performed look like a child, did it . After a botched pedicure. I sent the pictures to the manager and was immediately apologized to you and promised a refund -very appreciated. that’s where it ended about 50 text messages later multiple emails still have not been refunded. I came in for a gel “Ultimate” pedicure at $92, I ventured out and decided to have two nails painted different colors but after I got home , I didn’t love the color on two of my toenails (four nails total). I returned the next day to have just those four nails redone, expecting to pay some sort of fee , as it was my own fault for choosing a color I wasn’t super sure about. After an exhausting week, had a lovely manicure and pedicure with Sophia. Great conversation, relaxing experience, and I love my nails. The Performance Polish will stay on for 2 weeks, and helps my chippy nails grow out again.

Mariah slays the nails every time plus she’s my mini therapist! She’s quick, a perfectionist, and helps me learn about my nails and the services that will help get me to where I want my nails to be. Love her.
