Yesterday I stopped in for an eyebrow wax. The technician who I saw was fantastic, I wish I remembered her name. She was pleasant, had great bedside manner and was professional. It’s the first time in a long time that I have felt “taken” care of by an aesthetician. She explained what she was doing and had a soothing voice that put me at ease. Wonderful experience!

I booked appointments for my daughter and me to get manis before an event. Despite booking them at the same time, they insisted that our appointments were 25 minutes apart. Victor at the front desk did nothing to help and, in fact, blamed me. I had an appointment confirmation showing that both appts were at 10am, but he did not care. He could not have been less accommodating.

I was in from out of town and needed to have nails done for an event… I had my nails done by home and the color was the WORST! Mini Lux got me in on a busy Saturday and could not have been a better experience! Alyssa was so kind and offered to update my services from a full gel manicure to a polish change to save me a few dollars. She was sweet and super professional and very detailed! The salon itself was beautiful- clean and calm (even though it was busy day). Highly recommend and when I am back in the area I will go back!
