I've been coming here for a few months now and keep coming back because the service is consistently excellent. Their performance polish lasts a long time, and the quality is top-notch. All the technicians are skilled, friendly, and professional. The staff is also incredibly accommodating and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. Plus, the salon is spotless and has no unpleasant chemical smell (a rare and much-appreciated bonus) Highly recommend!
I am disappointed to be leaving this review but I do need to share my experience-long story short the front receptionist and the nail stylist were unprofessional and while the manager did call and apologize/do her job, I will not be returning to this salon or any of its locations. Came in for a pedi and when I chose a color the stylist gave a disapproving response and pressured me to choose another one. When she told me to move to the dryers, she kept asking me to be careful over and over when I was already being careful. The dryers were scolding hot. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Terrible work that took over 90mins (classic gel manicure). I will only speak for the nail tech that worked with me. Very disappointed.
Nail polish dried (in salon) with bubbles in it and staff did not offer a great resolution. I love MiniLuxe, but paying premium to end up with bubbles in my polish is disappointing. Notified the front desk person and showed them upon leaving and they were not very concerned about it. Began to offer to have the nail tech fix before I left the salon, but I did not have time to re-do the manicure.
