Nail polish dried (in salon) with bubbles in it and staff did not offer a great resolution. I love MiniLuxe, but paying premium to end up with bubbles in my polish is disappointing. Notified the front desk person and showed them upon leaving and they were not very concerned about it. Began to offer to have the nail tech fix before I left the salon, but I did not have time to re-do the manicure. I've been coming here for a few months now and keep coming back because the service is consistently excellent. Their performance polish lasts a long time, and the quality is top-notch. All the technicians are skilled, friendly, and professional. The staff is also incredibly accommodating and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. Plus, the salon is spotless and has no unpleasant chemical smell (a rare and much-appreciated bonus) Highly recommend!

Helen is pretty damn good at GelX. These nails are stunning. On top of that, this location has so many great team members and it’s elevated, clean and enjoyable. The manager does a great job 👏 as well. You can see why you have to book ahead!

One of my worst experience in the last 15 years. I was booked for Gel Manicure and Pedicure. When I checked in, the receptionist welcomed me and asked if I want to do theirs Signature pedicure or Performance. We discussed and I chose signature as the receptionist told that your toes color will dry in the mean time I will do Manicure. They first started my pedicure and halfway through my Pedicure, I was asked to leave the pedicure station to start with Manicure as they needed that station for someone else. (Please keep in mind that this review is for my most recent visit). I usually have great service and leave with l fantastic nails. This time, I had great service and polish that peeled off hours after I left the salon. Unfortunately, could not go back to have it fixed as I was at the airport when I discovered the defective manicure.
