Way over priced for the quality of services received. I had a gel manicure and this is the worst application of gel I’ve ever had. I tried to ask the nail tech to fix them and she couldn’t see what looked wrong. I informed the front desk staff and she said the “best” her manager (who was not on site) could do was 20% off. This was my first time having my eyebrows threaded. I have very sensitive skin and have had many issues in the past with waxing. I highly recommend it, they look great! I also had my brows tinted. My technician did a great job!
I wouldn’t recommend this place; my overall experience was lackluster, then my mani chipped less than 10 hours after! My cuticles weren’t cut/shaped, and my pedi was just sloppy (plus she didn’t really massage my feet). For an $80 mani/pedi I expect better. Won’t be back.
Just okay. 3 stars for the cleanliness, color selection, and atmosphere. I waited a long time to make the appointment for later on in the day. Then the person I was assigned, I hate to complain.. was obviously new. And while everything came out okay in the end the pedicure service took 1.5 hours. Lots of erasing and not a lot of confidence. Also I got home and polish was on my ankle!!! I understand fully you have to learn somehow but they didn't inform me and it was expensive. They did an amazing job on my mani Pedi for my friend's wedding, and helped me find the right polish for me. The detox pedicure was also super refreshing. I was also able to add a last minute wax to my appointment during my confirmation and it was super easy. Would use again, highly recommend.
