MiniLuxe is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Check-in/out is easy. Booking is easy. Customer service is great. The staff always have a smile. Darlene is the best! She’s gentle and precise.
Had a gift card from Xmas so went in for a manicure earlier this week. It was the worst experience I could possibly have had. The girl at the front desk was miserable, didn’t even greet me and my technician was so rude. Gossiping about her coworkers the entire time and even complaining about how she didn’t like doing builder gel, which is what I was getting. I felt like a burden the entire time I was there. Great experience at Minilux in Lynnfield today! I had the performance polish (Dazzle Dry) with Morandy. First time with her and we just talked like we've known each other for a long time. I added the Transform (which is Dazzle Dry's ridge filler, it really smooths everything out) and and she had me wait an additional 2 min instead of the usual 5 minutes to ensure the nails were dry, which of course they were. They literally look like gel nails! I would definitely go back again!
Way over priced for the quality of services received. I had a gel manicure and this is the worst application of gel I’ve ever had. I tried to ask the nail tech to fix them and she couldn’t see what looked wrong. I informed the front desk staff and she said the “best” her manager (who was not on site) could do was 20% off. Worst experience ever. Can not follow any directions. Make snippy comments. AWFUL demeanor. Asked for almond nails and minimal length taken off. Cut my nail down to the nub with weird shape. Not worth the price. Please go anywhere else. I would have rather thrown money away than wasted it on nails I cringe every time I see.
