Way over priced for the quality of services received. I had a gel manicure and this is the worst application of gel I’ve ever had. I tried to ask the nail tech to fix them and she couldn’t see what looked wrong. I informed the front desk staff and she said the “best” her manager (who was not on site) could do was 20% off. I have a problematic back that can cause me a lot of pain at times. When my back acts up, I can't reach my toes. So my wife takes me to MiniLixe with her and buys me a pedicure. And I love it. Feels wonderful and my feet look great. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. All I have to do is sit there and be pampered.
It was my first time at MiniLuxe. I had a Deluxe Mani/Pedi. I called just the day before, so it was not possible to get my appointments together. Totally understandable, so I was 10 AM and 12 PM. This worked out fine, after my 10 AM I walked around Market Street, visited a few stores and returned to MiniLuxe for my 12PM appointment. Both technicians were very professional and did an excellent job. The salon was clean. I have booked another appointment already.
Came in on Saturday for a classic pedicure. Super basic pedicure which is $50. I sat and had my toes under the machine to dry for 20 min. Sunday morning I noticed a chip in the polish. I called today (Monday) in hopes to get it fixed after work. I was told they were too busy and I could come in later this evening and the first woman told me it would take 30 minutes plus drying time. They did an amazing job on my mani Pedi for my friend's wedding, and helped me find the right polish for me. The detox pedicure was also super refreshing. I was also able to add a last minute wax to my appointment during my confirmation and it was super easy. Would use again, highly recommend.
