That was honestly the best and most pleasant mani/pedi I’ve had! Yesenia was really sweet and she did a fantastic job. No stabbing or pulling on my cuticles, no rough scrubbing or buffing, she openly cleaned all her tools throughout the process. I’m definitely coming back and asking for her!

I went in for gel pedicure and my toes needed some love! I saw April, she’s great. I’m pretty picky about the shape and she nailed it. She was patient, thorough and friendly. The whole staff was welcoming both Apryl and her co worker helped me decide on a color and I’m so happy with it.

We usually go to Legacy shops location but since we wanted a last minute manicure around Dallas, we tried in Northpark and both my mom and I absolutely LOVED it here!!! I got Andrea (I think that was her name, and my mom got Tammy) the front desk girly was sweet as well. The atmosphere/vibe was calm and quiet which was nice. Definitely will be returning!

Bit of a bummer. Made an appointment and they cancelled it 4 minutes before the appointment time. They did not have any availability and did not offer any sort of discount or assistance in the inconvenience it was for me to get up there.

Loved the service I received & the people were great. The only reason I gave off a star is because the seats are so uncomfortable! Can’t even lean back & close eyes to relax. My back was killing me by the end.
