We usually go to Legacy shops location but since we wanted a last minute manicure around Dallas, we tried in Northpark and both my mom and I absolutely LOVED it here!!! I got Andrea (I think that was her name, and my mom got Tammy) the front desk girly was sweet as well. The atmosphere/vibe was calm and quiet which was nice. Definitely will be returning!
service is good 7/10, but the aesthetic is very basic , no tv ‘s , plain walls with basic pictures, forever 21 type music , paid $80 for my basic pedicure (tech did great on my toes, great customer service , nothing against the lovely lady ) , but no flowers in my pedi water or fruits, nothing special, just basic, didn’t feel luxurious , how are y’all called MINI LUXE, but my experience didn’t feel luxurious at all , gave me my wine in a plastic cup, , no massage style chairs, only booth style😒it gave hair salon vibes, basi... read more
My first visit here and my stylist Ana executed the best design for me! We went geometrical and she said yes with no hesitation. ▪️ Ana was super sweet and knew how to work with my request. A special shout out to Janel for the hospitality! Thank you so much to the team at Miniluxe Northpark!!

I’ve been a customer for a very long time and I accidentally booked a 5 pm appt today instead of tomorrow. Of course, they charge me immediately they did try to call me at 5:15 pm once and left a voicemail message. I never missed an appointment before ever, I tried to call them back but this is mini luxe nobody picks up the phone. If you need to speak with somebody you need to come to the salon in person.
