I went in for gel pedicure and my toes needed some love! I saw April, she’s great. I’m pretty picky about the shape and she nailed it. She was patient, thorough and friendly. The whole staff was welcoming both Apryl and her co worker helped me decide on a color and I’m so happy with it.
That was honestly the best and most pleasant mani/pedi I’ve had! Yesenia was really sweet and she did a fantastic job. No stabbing or pulling on my cuticles, no rough scrubbing or buffing, she openly cleaned all her tools throughout the process. I’m definitely coming back and asking for her!
We usually go to Legacy shops location but since we wanted a last minute manicure around Dallas, we tried in Northpark and both my mom and I absolutely LOVED it here!!! I got Andrea (I think that was her name, and my mom got Tammy) the front desk girly was sweet as well. The atmosphere/vibe was calm and quiet which was nice. Definitely will be returning!
I made appointments today for two pedicures, for my mom and me. Corey, and I have no idea who my tech was going to be, insisted my mother get out of her wheelchair and climb up the two steps to sit on a sofa and dangle her feet down into the water. That was not going to happen. This is NOT AN ADA safe place. I will never go back. There are salons in every shopping center that are more gracious and polite to customers. Shame on Corey and this place. Management and employees MUST do better. Yes, we left without getting pedis.
My manicure service was fine. However, it would be nice if the Technician doesn't ask clients personal questions for example, where do you live, where do you work, do you have kids, etc? These questions are very personal and nothing to do with the health of my fingernails or the nail shape I prefer. It is offensive and too personal for my first time appointment.
