The pedicure was not relaxing at all. It seemed like the focus of the pedicure was just shaping and then the painting. For a Deluxe pedicure, I didn’t think it was deluxe at all. The little massage I did receive was actually nice but wish it would have been longer than 1-2 mins. Also, I was not offered anything to drink and coming in to celebrate my birthday, I would have liked to at least been offered something to drink. Definitely too much money for what you get. I’ve been a customer for a very long time and I accidentally booked a 5 pm appt today instead of tomorrow. Of course, they charge me immediately they did try to call me at 5:15 pm once and left a voicemail message. I never missed an appointment before ever, I tried to call them back but this is mini luxe nobody picks up the phone. If you need to speak with somebody you need to come to the salon in person. Nadia was able to revive my nails! She took her time to take old hard gel that was stubborn and give my hands long overdue care. I also got a brow wax. Dolce was very nice and quick. She made sure to listen and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks again for wonderful service!
love mini-lux and love Tammy, she is awesome! I have noticed since before Christmas and still now, the same section of pedi booths have been out of order and the upholstery for the pedi stations are worn, tattered and bare. Please keep up on your maintenance and clean spotless appearance, it is important and clients notice.
