I have been seeing Phi at Miniluxe’s Prudential location for at least a year and a half for manicures. She’s so skilled- my manicures are always perfectly done. She is very gentle when removing gel and prepping the nails for painting. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or see any other nail tech. Phi is amazing!

I went two weeks ago after not having been in years to this location. First it’s priced far and above all other nail salons while they hire and employ fresh out of school techs. Typically gel manicures last 3 weeks and even 4 with a great manicure. I joke you not that my GEL manicure chips within 6 hours! This was the worst manicure of my life for an insane amount of money. And now I need to pay more money to get another manicure this month. This place needs to pay their techs more and keep better experienced people or else ... read more

I went in for a bare manicure and asked for a simple rounded shape. The shaping was done poorly. More importantly, the tech cut the sides of my nails in a rushed and careless manner with a cuticle trimmer cutting into my nail beds leaving my nails feeling tender for a few days and giving them an undesirable shape.

Immediately kindly greeted by lovely ladies. As busy as they were, they still took me as a walk in and Jolia did outstanding on my nails. She did a perfect chrome gel x french tip, and made sure there were no flaws with my set. My first experience at MiniLuxe and I will now be switching to here!

Edit: Downgraded my rating to 1* because I broke out in an itchy rash everywhere the massage oil was used on my neck and back. ——————————— Really disappointing gel manicure/nail art and shoulder/neck massage. The gel manicure ended up on my fingers and cuticles and the nail art turned out badly (see attached pictures for what I asked for vs. what I got). The entire appointment lasted under 45 mins and cost ~$100 before tip. Don’t go to Miniluxe, it’s a waste of money for disappointing results.
