I stopped by the Vinamilk x MiniLuxe pop-up at Seaport and had such a wonderful experience. It was my first time trying Vinamilk, and I instantly understood why it is such a beloved brand in Vietnam. Their sweetened condensed creamer is incredible, especially in coffee. It makes the drink so smooth, rich, and balanced without being overly sweet. Don't go here to get any kind of fake nail removed!!! I have had 2 back to back terrible experiences at Miniluxe, first with dip removal then with builder gel removal. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing and pleasant experience, and Miniluxe has made it into a disaster for me multiple times. Their technicians are so pressured to stay on time in time slots that are just too short for the service. They're forced to take shortcuts. have been a loyal MiniLuxe client, primarily visiting the Fenway location, and have always enjoyed my experiences there. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Seaport location was very disappointing and concerning. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist’s demeanor was unfriendly, which set a negative tone for the entire appointment. We had a fabulous experience here in the middle of a busy holiday period. we were created wonderful group of professional, inviting warm and kind. We did not wait one second the whole process. The services were explained to with the nail salon. supportive and delightful. Lizbeth was the consummate professional and did an outstanding job! Lani and Leanne were so organized and met everyone wary. I'll be back! Make sure you try this establishment out too! The owner should be incredibly proud of the women in this salon!

Seriously one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. If you see my reviews, I rarely give one star, but I do with this one. The technician didn’t even bother to file my nails evenly—every shape is inconsistent. There was hair stuck in one of my nails, and they didn’t clean up the polish or remove my cuticles properly. I've also added massage, but the technician literally touched my hand for ten seconds and that was it. The photos show my nails right after the appointment, so there’s no excuse.
