Update: An assistant manager contacted me to make it right. I will post an update when I go again. --- I got a gel x manicure with French tips of different colors. The paint job was perfect but the nails started popping off 24 hours later. I called on Sunday and couldnt be seen until Thursday. I scheduled an appointment to have them fixed and had a different nail tech. The shape wasn't the same, the length wasn't the same, and the colors didn't match. One of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. At this price point, I would expect better nails. For one, she scraped off my old gel polish aggressively, damaging my nails. My cuticles are still very dry and not done properly and there are dents all over my gel polish. Not worth the price at all.
Update: No one reached out when the business replied to this review and said they would. Came to celebrate my bday with a friend and were seen very promptly. The staff were all very nice. Unfortunately, my nails look HORRIBLE and these pictures are from less than 6 hours after the manicure... We also sat for almost 30 minutes to make sure our nails were dry. This was an absolute waste of money.
I had a fantastic experience with Emma at MiniLuxe Seaport. She did an outstanding job on my manicure and pedicure, paying great attention to detail and ensuring everything was perfect. The service was professional and relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. I highly recommend Emma for anyone looking for top-notch nail care!
I always have a good experience here. The massage add-on was just what I needed, and the work on my nails is beautiful!
