have been a loyal MiniLuxe client, primarily visiting the Fenway location, and have always enjoyed my experiences there. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Seaport location was very disappointing and concerning. Seriously one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. If you see my reviews, I rarely give one star, but I do with this one. The technician didn’t even bother to file my nails evenly—every shape is inconsistent. There was hair stuck in one of my nails, and they didn’t clean up the polish or remove my cuticles properly. Not all Mini Luxe locations are equal! I came here for my bridal nails because I wanted GelX, and unfortunately, it turned into a complete nightmare. This was by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. My basic pedicure took an hour and a half—something that should be relaxing turned stressful fast. The technician spent more time fixing mistakes than actually applying polish. The GelX experience was even more frustrating. Terrible. The photos are same day and you can see all the brush strokes, divets, and dust on my nails they didn't even bother to wipe off before painting. I tried to reach out to at least have them re-painted and they initially said, "let us know when you want to come in to get them fixed" but then became unresponsive. Will never go back. Gave 2 stars only because they did okay with the extensions.
I wanted to say thank you Tammy for a beautiful cat eye manicure!! I have already received so many compliments and will definitely be coming back to this MiniLuxe location in the future!
