I recently visited for a manicure and pedicure, like a treat to my bff 👯 Pamela and me . excuse me ! 🤩 the experience exceeded my expectations. Horrible experience. Totally ruined my nails and refused to accept responsibility. Do NOT go here if you want beautiful nails. 1. Walked in and requested next day appointment for Builder Gel refill with gel polish on top. They made an appointment for me at 6pm following day. 2. Arrived the next day and they were running late. Had me wait until about 620pm. Started removing my polish without confirming what service I wanted done. Never asked me shape or length preference. 3. Ended up stopping in here on vacation & was not disappointed!!!! The staff were so warm & welcoming, and the salon was super cute & clean. Tammy did an AMAZING job on my nails!!!! She was super detailed, focused & kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience🤍🤍🤍
I have been going to MiniLuxe Seaport for a while and I always leave feeling like my nails look “fine.” But today, Tammy did my gel manicure and she is so talented. She understood what I asked for and executed it so well. If you go, ask for Tammy.
Update: An assistant manager contacted me to make it right. I will post an update when I go again. --- I got a gel x manicure with French tips of different colors. The paint job was perfect but the nails started popping off 24 hours later. I called on Sunday and couldnt be seen until Thursday. I scheduled an appointment to have them fixed and had a different nail tech. The shape wasn't the same, the length wasn't the same, and the colors didn't match.
