Tina is absolutely incredible! I highly recommend her for every service, but I can personally attest to how amazing her pedicure and gel manicure are. I continue to go to Mini Luxe because of how professional everyone is, and how pristine it is. I have no problem paying the higher more luxe prices because I feel fully comfortable and welcomed at Mini Luxe!
We’ve had great experiences before at Seaport & tried the Southend location today. We booked ultimate pedicures with an extra 10 minute massage. These should have lasted about 65 minutes. The whole appointment took about 50 minutes for my husband and close to 45 minutes for me. It was pretty disappointing.
I've gone to this location a few times and your experience is largely based on your stylist. I've had some of the best manicures of my life here - perfect shape, crisp long-lasting color (Book with Tina, she's fantastic!) ...And some of the worst - rough edges, uneven color, strings stuck to the polish...etc. When you have a bad experience you it can be hard to remedy and you often leave the salon with less than ideal nails. The tech used cool water even after I requested warmer water. They requested I put on my own drying oil at the end. It felt rushed and not as high quality as I would have expected.
Love this salon! Super clean and I know I’m getting a solid service. I love that I can get manicures with dazzle dry polish here!
