The salon is clean and welcoming; their staff are nice and friendly but I can't say I love my manicure. I went in with a broken nail hoping they would do something to fix it, they didn't. My nail tech just painted over it and of course the gel chipped the next day. Not to mention the filing left all kinds of different shapes. 😕 I wish they have more attention to detail.
Always love coming here. Angela is awesome and did the best job with my cateye hearts! I’m always super happy with the shape and result of my nails and the studio is always clean and has great music playing.
Other locations usually offer water or something to drink. The South End MiniLuxe is very low on customer service & comfort. During a pedicure at this location, I was not even asked what shape I would like my nails to be, but other MiniLuxe locations are more considerate.
Jenny was excellent! I visited as part of a small group and it was so well accommodated. We were all able to sit next to each other and chat while we got our pedicures. Very professional and great service overall.
Jenny is the best nail tech that I ever had. This is my first time doing Ultimate Pedi and extended massage. Jenny gave me the best service with friendliness, professionalism and passionated focusing on what she was doing.
