Love this salon! Super clean and I know I’m getting a solid service. I love that I can get manicures with dazzle dry polish here!
I got my nails done here and felt like I could have done a better job myself. The polish on the manicure was lumpy and uneven. For the price, this was worse and less luxurious than other places I have gone in the Boston area. I likely won't go back.
I've had positive experiences at Miniluxe before, but I went last weekend and my $70 manicure lasted all of 12 hours before two nails came completely off. I texted them because they have a five day chip free guarantee, which is amazing, but they offered me a slot and after I said yes booked someone else in that slot and stopped responding to my texts. It was super frustrating and would have been better if they didn't pretend to have a guarantee. I'm super disappointed and won't be returning.
I love MiniLuxe, particularly the south end location. Today I had my first leg wax and it was great, the technician was very skilled and also gave me lots of good information. I also had a deluxe pedicure. I’m a regular mini Lux, customer and I’ve never had a bad experience, from the receptionist to the technicians, service is gold standard.
First and last time at this place. I had a terrible experience. I booked an appointment for a signature manicure using their app. Throughout the whole booking process, it was not mentioned that I needed to book extra time to remove my semi-permanent nail polish. It’s only written for gel. Semi-permanent is different than gel. Anyway, I went there, the technician refused to do the manicure because of the lack of time.
