The technician was friendly, however, some of my nails have clumps of polish on the edges and it is an uneven finish. My gel nails have started chipping already and it has only been a few days since I got the gel manicure.
I always have an amazing experience at uptown MiniLuxe! From eyebrow lamination to their Mani Pedi station, everyone here is well trained, and great at what they do! Gigi
8/28/25, took an Act of Congress but was finally able to book online...manicure was $50+ (I think) I COULD NOT FINALIZE BOOKING W/O PAYING FOR $10 EXTRA GEL REMOVAL...so, now we're up to $60 (again, I think) went to appt and was told that because I still had to have my gel/dip polish removed (isn't that the point?, and isn't that the point of prepaying polish removal?, and isn't that the point of prebooking - so that you (1) know (2) ahead of time that you're going to have to (3) remove whichever kind of polish I have on s... read more
Extremely careless and unprofessional service. I booked a lip threading appointment specifically because I’m allergic to wax, yet before I could react, the technician had already applied wax. She helped me remove it quickly, but then insisted I was booked for waxing, even though my appointment clearly showed threading on the calendar. She also claimed I should have completed an allergy form, which was never offered by the receptionist. Given this lack of attention and accountability, I strongly recommend avoiding this salon.
Thank you for always going above and beyond and truly caring for your customers! I was a loyal client before moving to another state, and I still receive your emails. It’s a great reminder that there are businesses like yours that genuinely value their clients and their well-being. I only wish I had a place like this nearby. MiniLuxe is awesome, highly recommend!
