I've been coming to Miniluxe, and this location in particular, for many years, and I've been happy each and every time. The staff are all fantastic - doing great, consistent work, and are professional in every way. The app is easy to use, and the front desk staff are always friendly, professional, and accommodating. Unlike other nail salons, they're on time for my appointments 90% of the time. And their attention to cleanliness can't be beat. I had an excellent mani/pedi with Monica, facial wax with Reina, and overall amazing care from Nicole. From the moment I walked in the door until I left, I felt pampered and well taken care of. I will definitely be back.
I have recently started going back to miniluxe and I have been loving it!!! 10/10 recommend. And they were able to squeeze me in for a quick fix when my nail chipped which I really appreciated.
Love this studio!! Great customer service. Talented nail designers and knowledgeable management. My nail designer this last time was Linh. She was amazing. We had great conversation and my nails were on point. Loved the design she did on my nails. She can do any and all colors flawlessly. Definitely recommend her and this studio. Thank you so much ladies. I’ll be back for sure.
MiniLuxe has been my go to nail place since I’ve moved to Dallas. The store is always clean, the music is good. Every experience is pretty predictable as well bc they take into account the time it will take to do soft gel removal, etc. when scheduling. It’s also super convenient that I can get a manicure and pedicure at the same time. I love that they sterilize their instruments in an autoclave too.
