The nail tech did a good job with the first part of the manicure and pedicure, but the paint job on both my toes and fingernails left a lot to be desired and certainly not worth the cost. I wanted my gel manicure to not look thick and unfortunately it does on certain nails. I knew by the number of times she brushed over the nail that it would end up thicker. I thought I was getting a high quality dip manicure… However, by the next 1-2 days, the back of my dip nails were detaching from my finger nails. I am very happy paying $60 for a dip manicure, but with that I expect it to last 3-4 weeks! It’s been one week, and I am about to pop them off myself. Every time I attempt to wash, or even just touch my hair, my nails rip it out. They’re uncomfortable, and frustrating. Idk why I came back here every time I have a bad experience it’s so over priced for the quality that you get. Their polish sucks it peels right away this was done literally just a few days ago… and the ppl working there are not good at doing nails at all.
The technician was friendly, however, some of my nails have clumps of polish on the edges and it is an uneven finish. My gel nails have started chipping already and it has only been a few days since I got the gel manicure.
8/28/25, took an Act of Congress but was finally able to book online...manicure was $50+ (I think) I COULD NOT FINALIZE BOOKING W/O PAYING FOR $10 EXTRA GEL REMOVAL...so, now we're up to $60 (again, I think) went to appt and was told that because I still had to have my gel/dip polish removed (isn't that the point?, and isn't that the point of prepaying polish removal?, and isn't that the point of prebooking - so that you (1) know (2) ahead of time that you're going to have to (3) remove whichever kind of polish I have on s... read more
