Very clean. Check-in was very pleasant and stylist was very helpful with color choice. I like the option of having a mani and pedi at the same time to save time, however the system is not not working well. This is the second time I've been and had to "climb over" the pedicure tub because it's broken and cannot be moved, which is tricky sitting down and harder getting up. I have been a customer of Miniluxe for many, many years. I have never had such a horrible experience as the one I had this past week. First I will say I had a pedicure with Ann and it truly was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She is fantastic. After my pedicure I went to the desk to pay for my service. I paid for my pedicure in cash and left a gratuity for Ann in cash as well. I then went about my day. They send receipts through emails so I figured I’d get one later on when I checked my emails. 3 of us visited. I had a French Manicure and my nail tech was kind and skilled. The product only lasted a day and a half though, which wasn't long enough to cover the wedding I attended two days later. Disappointed in the product, not the tech. I also had a pedicure which was fine. Not alot of massage but the tech was sweet and skilled. Rose was so great. She gave me a luxurious pedicure. The salon was very clean and staff were so welcoming. I will be coming back
Lovely experience as always. Cheerful employees who make sure you feel cared for. Angela was very nice and talkative and gave a great pedicure!
