3 of us visited. I had a French Manicure and my nail tech was kind and skilled. The product only lasted a day and a half though, which wasn't long enough to cover the wedding I attended two days later. Disappointed in the product, not the tech. I also had a pedicure which was fine. Not alot of massage but the tech was sweet and skilled. Very clean. Check-in was very pleasant and stylist was very helpful with color choice. I like the option of having a mani and pedi at the same time to save time, however the system is not not working well. This is the second time I've been and had to "climb over" the pedicure tub because it's broken and cannot be moved, which is tricky sitting down and harder getting up. I went in for a gel, french manicure. I had some photos of the base coat I wanted to use, but the technician said I could only choose 1 of 2 options. she was very rude about it, which was odd behavior/treatment of customer. I was taken aback and almost opted to cancel and go elsewhere, but since I had an important event the next morning, I decided to move forward. It was an awkward and uncomfortable interaction. I have been a customer of Miniluxe for many, many years. I have never had such a horrible experience as the one I had this past week. First I will say I had a pedicure with Ann and it truly was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She is fantastic. After my pedicure I went to the desk to pay for my service.
