Horrible customer service once they’ve got your money, and if you’re unhappy with the results, they do nothing to make it right. Instead, they give you the runaround, gaslight you, and try to justify everything. I purchased the under-eye microfat transfer procedure, but when I looked up Dr. Leonardo Moqattash, there’s no information about his licenses or certifications to perform this procedure which I was unaware of. I found this place through Groupon over a year ago and have been coming back since. The staff is by far the nicest and most welcoming. I have had a series of IPL lasers on my face and my face has improved so much. Doc is nice, super professional and very knowledgeable. He makes sure to explain everything until I understand and offers reasonable recommendations.
