Update: The sauna was so good I had to go back again, and this time I paired it with a blissful head and scalp massage before the sauna. It is like getting an oil/hair treatment and mini facial as well as a tension relieving scalp and head massage. Then going in the infra red sauna straight after that amplifies the benefits of the head and scalp massage. Had an improptu remedial massage, place is welcoming and accomodating. Happy with the massage and care taken. Nice place with sootbing music and a very nice tea at the end.
