Update: The sauna was so good I had to go back again, and this time I paired it with a blissful head and scalp massage before the sauna. It is like getting an oil/hair treatment and mini facial as well as a tension relieving scalp and head massage. Then going in the infra red sauna straight after that amplifies the benefits of the head and scalp massage.
