Really terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. First - pedicure; was there for about 45 minutes for the feet to dry. I explained the heater fan was not working and they did not replace it until after my manicure. I said it was not dry but they insisted it was. Low and behold; I have just taken my shoes off and the nail polish is all over my socks. Second- after my manicure they gave me a separate heater to balance on my legs and dry my hands. Absolutely amazing pedicure. The lady took so much care over it, it was like seeing a master at work. Highly recommend 🥰
I’ve been told to wait 10 mins. I have been here for half an hour and the lady I’m waiting for has come upstairs and told me to further wait for her to see to another customer. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Another customer has book a specific beautician and they’re currently on training for another 30 mins. This place is a shambles
Very professional and create a lovely environment to get your nails done in. Also, do an amazing job with shaping.
I had a great experience at MyBeauty with Tanya. I’ve got a gel set here a few times and they’re always so thorough. Highly recommend!
