I was initially quite nervous about the procedure, but after speaking with Dr. Nakatsui I felt at ease right away. The front staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the nurses were incredibly professional and reassuring. Everyone’s great sense of humor took the edge off my anxiety and made the experience far more comfortable than I expected. I really enjoyed my visit.
My experience in this clinic has been top-notch. Everyone is very professional from the front desk to Nurse Tammy and Dr. Nakatsui. Everything was thoroughly explained before and after the procedures, and they made sure I was comfortable with the results. Their service is excellent; they’re definitely keepers. Nurse Tammy also made sure I was okay throughout the process. Overall, it was a very smooth and positive experience. May God bless this Team always!
I cannot say enough good things about the staff and facility. You are always greeted with a warm smile and professionalism. They offer all sorts of information, patiently answer your questions and welcome you back. I look forward to each experience. Nurse Dina has great insight and energy. I'm hooked!
Excellent experience at Nakatsui Dermasurgery clinic! The staff are lovely and friendly. Every appointment was professional and respectful. I went in a number of times for assessments and treatments and the customer service was excellent every time. Highly recommend!
There was a mix up in the appointment date but Dr. Nakatsui was kind enough to squeeze me in so I wouldn't have to make another trip back. I truly appreciate his thoughtfulness. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Nakatsui really cares about his patients and their results. Tammy was very caring and understanding when she did my procedure and it makes a world of difference when you have someone who takes the time to explain things following the procedure.
