I had an amazing experience with Jess at New Skin in Bellevue! Her consultation was incredibly thorough, and you can tell right away how knowledgeable she is about skincare and treatments. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made me feel completely confident and comfortable. I’m so excited to do my first laser treatment with her! I was also really impressed by the beautiful MedSpa facility. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful as well. Overall, such a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Despite the awkwardness of several injectors studying your face to decide what their plan of action was going to be, Kaylee made the whole experience comfortable and helped me feel at ease during the process.
