Chris, Indy, Kayla, Stacy and the entire team at options are absolutely amazing. I am always greeted with a smile upon entering and they are always quick and pleasant. I always have good conversation with Chris and he’s always available to answer my questions. The team allows texting and it’s great if I need to reschedule or have a question on treatments etc. The office is clean and welcoming. Great staff, great options (see what I did there) ;-)

UPDATE: I think I jumped the gun on this rating. I called the office after I bought a second package of shots from them. Because a couple of them had leaked by the time I got home. I asked if they could replace 2 of the shots. I was told no and I asked to speak with a manager. I was told they would call me back and that never happened. Very disappointed in this office. Gorgeous and clean new location in Bucktown. Friendly staff, great health coaching — everyone genuinely cares about the success of the patient. True to their name, Options offers plenty of options for me in this health journey and the staff is quick with suggestions and optimizations to fit my lifestyle. Thank you!
